She think I'm a lazy student because i don't answer in class and don't really listen. Truth is, I learn all I need from the powerpoints and I just retype them into note format. I just wish she'd be a little more open minded about this style of learning.

Reading is necessary for a 4.0 but she makes it so easy with her chapter outlines. Flexible when it comes to making up tests, and lets you drop the lowest two grades. She seems to genuinely want people to succeed.

This semester with Mrs. Ambruster was a blast!! She has so much experience in the field and cares about her students. When she goes over the chapter criteria, she gives real life examples that helped me to better understand what we were learning about! Study the PowerPoint slides!!!

Great teacher! Explains and goes over everything very well. There are weekly quizzes. They are 20 questions each. Just go over the slides and study and you'll do fine. You don't need the book everything you need to know is on the slides. So if you want the book you can get it, but I didn't and I did very well without it. Highly recommend teacher.

Fabulous!! Wants you to succeed and willing to do whatever she can to help you. Info on powerpoints is what you need for quizzes/tests. Makes info interesting by bringing in personal and class experience as well as fun outside info (ie. Big Bang episodes and TED talks)Highly recommended!

Nancy was a very easy professor. If you want an easy A take her. My only criticism is that she is overly simplistic with the material. I didn't learn a lot in this class. An intro level course like this is prone to distraction because of the content of the course and we would waste a lot of time listening to individual's life stories.

AMAZING PROFESSOR!! She's awesome, she makes the material very interesting, and goes over stuff very well. She always answers questions and helps us relate to the material. I love her class. She gives extra credit if you come to class so its worth it. And tests are 20 questions and 100% based on power point she gives you. Highly recommend!

I had Mrs. Armbruster for my PSYC Lab. Her class helped me immeasurably with my lecture class. She got frustrated sometimes, and occasionally snapped at lazy/rude students, but she was always helpful and respectful when she was respected. Work diligently on the reports and make a valiant effort on the Project, and the class is an easy 4.0.
