She's nuts. She's scatter-brained and talks to herself and is completely incapable of communicating a coherent thought, but she tries really hard. Class is an adventure everyday. But tests are easy as long as you study on your own, you won't learn very much from class.

I had to take Spanish for my major and I've been taking it for years and still couldn't get it, so, I took Nancy Norris's classes. I personally think she is an endearing woman who tries hard but her students are usually rude and impatient. I didn't learn anything but she's an easy A/B...if you can handle her.

Wow... I had to drop her class. I can't comprehend a word she says in English let alone Spanish. I'm not trying to be offensive but I literally believe she has minor mental issues. Trying to learn different tenses and conjugation are the hardest part with her. I transferred to another section and got a B+.

She is worthless; she practically teaches her self I needed this class for med school to help me understand people, and now all it will do is hurt my gpa. If you ever want to learn spanish or care about your grade do not take her also she makes you do either a 15pg undergrad research paper or teach in a school to spanish kids FOR A 102 class

She is just old and useless when it comes to asking for help. She ran it like a low level high school class. A Spanish 1 student could easily do well. She made watch these stupid soap-opera films out of the text book that had zero relevance. I learned absolutely nothing in her class.

Norris is probably insane in the needs clinical help sort of way. She has volume control issues and will whisper and shout the whole class. That said her class is like stacking blocks, I don't know a word of Spanish and I make Bs on her tests because they are taken directly from in class work sheets. good to satisfy a requirement.

Dr. Norris is a complete scatter brain who does not teach. I think one semester she maybe taught on 2 different occations. The rest of the time is group work with a worksheet. Which you better memorize cause thats all her tests are. If you want to learn spanish DO NOT take a class from Norris.

This class has been like an entry into the twilight zone. She talks to herself, her office is a big mess (reminds me of one of those ladies who hoards cats), her teaching is terrible and she's so kooky that just being around her makes me feel like I need a Xanax. Do NOT take this woman's class unless you have a good psychiatrist to help you heal.

Norris seems a little crazy. She sings half of what she says. WIERD. Will spend the entire class going over one worksheet. Her tests don't really let you demonstrate what you learned of the Spanish language; it has questions like "The famous latino baseball player Pedro Medina is from which country: A-Portugal B-Panama C-Brazil D-Paraguay." Another example: "From week 2's reading, what did Juan say was his reason for exercising?" Just memorize the worksheets and readings WORD FOR WO

A very boring class. Lots of worksheets and Destinos, and sometimes the entire class period was spent going over one single worksheet. Tests were easy if you memorized the worksheets, but I didn't learn a thing in that class. Sad.
