I can see why some students posted that the class is too hard and not fun. It's probably because they expected an easy A without trying, solely based on the fact that it is an art course. Professor Tillman is extremely passionate and precise. She is a great professor who is also very down to earth. Take her class if you love art!

Professor Tillman is dedicated to helping her students improve their talent. She's always very approachable & willing to take time out to help assist in your projects & your artistic endeavors. Assignments are demanding but she always gives enough time to complete them. If you’re looking to learn how to sculpt take her classes.

I can see why people say she is difficult but the class really isn't that bad. If you know what your supposed to do and you do it on time you will get a good grade. Also very passionate about art

She was just straight up mean to some students. I felt like rather than giving helpful feedback on our art she would just criticize and insult. One time during a critique I said that I liked someone's piece and she told me I was wrong and that the piece was bad. Sorry Tillman, I forgot that we are not supposed to have opinions in art classes.

Get on her good side and show some effort- all you have to do is learn how to please her. Much more qualified profs would love her position but she got tenure somehow so she's milking the system. What kind of art prof drives a convertible sports car?

Probably THE worst professor I had during my time as a student at Trinity. Totally random decisions. Favorites. Uninspiring. Mean. Does not realize freshmen don't have cars. Made my life and that of many others a living HE--. Overall horrible.
