She is really nice, however she is older and can be forgetful making the lecture confusing at times. The presentation and essay is easy(you plan a trip). Tests are easy she gives you a study guide. The class is an easy A.

You have 3 test in the class. I just did the study guide she offered and made 90s. She is the sweetest lady ever. The only downside to her class is she doesn't provide a day-to-day syllabus and just gives you assignments in class to do for homework. You have a huge tourism project but it is not too difficult.

aww shes so sweet. she really likes teach but i dont really understand her grading pollicy. i got a c in her class but i thought i was going to get a A. she really likes teaching. she is often exactly 9 mins late for class??????

Ms. Grunwell is boring as ever. She does love to teach and is a very sweet lady though. Her tests are a little tricky, but will grade your projects high to make up for test grades. An easy grade

I had her for intro to H&T as well as this semster for hotel mgt. I love her and Ive done really well in my first class, and this class too. Just take notes and listen to everything she says...thats how I did well.

Professor Grunwell is easy to get along with & she holds that idealogy that she wants her students to succeed. The only neg. thing I could say, was that the structure of her class is, many times, chaotic. Class will never start on time.
