Terrie is a great FMCS prof, but nutrition isn't her best class. She's really unorganized and can't answer students' questions. If you study, you'll do fine on the exams. This isn't a class anyone should fail! But you probably won't need the expensive textbook. I got an A in the class and never opened it once.

One of the most confusing teacher's I have taken. She is very unorganized and takes hours what could be explained in several minutes. She doesn't really teach, only reads her study sheets. Her tests are very hard and not based on her study sheets. She is also rude to the student's. I don't suggest her, even with an A in the class.

Interresting, loves to do thelabs and makes them fun. Tests are very hard. Need to stay up with the chapters in the book along with her hand out sheets. If you cook, take the class, you'll learn a lot.

FCS is my major, and Terrie is the best teacher in the department. Her lectures can be confusing but she has good study materials for the exams. Lab times aren't graded heavily, which makes it more fun, and Terrie knows tons about food.

So many people report Nutrition to be a hard class. I could have done every test in nutrition at an A level from just my Animal Phys lecture, no study. Easy Useless class. WHY, for pitys sake. Yall need harder classes
