He is one of the most eye opening professors I've had at Hamilton. Reading was really engaging, and all the classes were lecture style but super interesting and he's one of those people that's funny without trying. One of my favorite classes, and a super caring person too.

Cafruny is one of the most knowledgeable professors at Hamilton, and although his teaching style does rely on lectures, every class he asks his students' opinions on current events, or asks us to apply the readings to current events. Very engaging, terrific readings, and very fair tests. May be one of the best professors in Gov dept.

Classes are random and incomprehensible and not helpful at all. Many students read for other classes. Does not follow the syllabus. Most of class is spent on tangents. Extremely liberal. Friendly though with a good sense of humor.
