Dr. Shows is so nice and she makes this class super easy! Lectures are in class and the tests are online. Before every test she gives extra credit, so basically all you have to do is show up to class.

this class is an easy A! she posts her notes on blackboard and the test come straight from them. the book was only required for one out of 4 assignments. she gives lots of extra credit. her lectures are interesting and she explains thing really well

She is an amazing teacher. You will know it when you leave class. If you fail this class its your own fault. Texas are done online, with notes, and at home. Lots of extra credit.

Shes a really good professor she only does lectures and homework and test online , she also does a lot of extra credit 5-10 points every week ! I really recommend her

Dr. Shows is an amazing teacher. She offers extra credit. If you print her powerpoints out before class and bring them in you can underline important things. She gives a study guide. All of her tests are online and the lectures are in class. The extra credits are easy. She does assign assignments but they are also easy. Would recommend highly!

She's an easy A for Basic Nutrition. Honestly, I never go to class. I just print out the power points and read over them before the online tests. She gives a lot of extra credit to. Just watch due dates carefully because some switch up.

Shows is not my first choice as a professor, however she is the only teacher. She gives you a set of the notes online however she lectures too quickly to write/type them yourself. Although she gives extra credit, assignments MUST be completed. Tests are also not strictly from lecture.

Comment:

She is the easiest professor. There are so many extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. The tests are all online, but you have to go to class in order to make sure you get all the information for the tests because there are things she says in lecture that are not on the powerpoints but on the tests. She is so sweet and caring also.

She is such a sweet person. She provides extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. All of her tests are online and the days you take the test, you don't show up for class. Attend the lectures because she says lots of stuff that's not on the PPs that are on her tests. All of her tests are word for word from her PPs and lectures. Easy A+.

Dr Shows is the sweetest! Most tests are from the powerpoint lectures she hands out, and she doesn't always post those online, so go to class (or know somebody)! She offers tons of extra credit. Sometimes her lectures can ramble a little (she likes to tell personal stories from her nutrition career), but she is always willing to help students out!

This Online Class was ok. Test werent that hard. I never read the book and made an A the the class i pretty straight frward. Alot of extra credit. Just listen to the boring video lectures and take notes and take the test and to the activity. Never got to meet the teacher.

She is a very great teacher, but she loves to tell stories that relate to the topic which may drag the class on longer. Gives 8 test (including final) and around 8 online activities. gives print outs of the lecture notes. If i had to i would take her again!

Comment:

Very good teacher!! There are fill in the blank notes you have to make note taking easier and better to study. About 90% of test questions from the review and the rest from your book. You have 8 tests and at least 10 quizzes but are very easy if you study your notes. She gives alot of extra credit to really boost your grade.

For an online course, i do not believe that i have ever absorbed and learned so much from one class especially an online class. Best class i have taken in college by far! Easy, straight forward, listen and understand and you'll get an A. definitely not a class for your average procrastinator thats for sure. Love this class and love the teachers!!

Comment:

Worst professor in the dpt. She is extremely unorganized and clueless! But if you can get past that she is easy. "This is not a nutrition class it is a science class". Research Project is 25% of grade (have a great group). She LOVES a well written paper! Class quality definitely depends on graduate assistant! Tests, quizzes, and labs are low key.

Very sweet. Posts notes with blanks to fill in on blackboard. Offers bonus questions and curves on tests. Grades on a points scale, not an average. Offers extra credit too. You'd be crazy not to take her!!!

Comment:

Super sweet teacher, really easy class. Offers extra credit and she also has bonus questions on all of the tests. She posts notes on blackboard with blanks to fill in while in class, and all tests come straight from the notes. She does pop quizzes randomly, so attendance is recommended. You can't go wrong choosing her as your teacher!
