Lack of interest in students success, has a big ego. Uses most of the class to discuss her own life and is beyond condescending to a lot of students. Makes inappropriate comments about other faculty and even said she wanted something bad to happen to the campus so she wouldn't have to go and teach!! Not worth an "easy 4.0", when you deal with this

She is by far one of my favorite professors. She is an easy grader and grabbed my interest in both classes I took with her. I have horrible anxiety when speaking in front of others and she made me get so much better and understood when I got stuck or forgot to speak about some things. She is awesome, would change majors just to take her classes.

Good teacher, she really is, but she has a serious ego. If you don't agree with you, she will tear you apart. I got torn apart several times over the semester. If you have no issue with her attitude, she is a wonderful person. But if you have opinions. stay clear.

Makes 8ams not so bad. Very nice. Very sarcastic, but very funny. Respect her time and be prepared when you get to class. She understands that speech is required and not everyone wants to be there, so she tries to keep it light and simple. Even so, I learned more in that class than most of my others this semester.

Appears friendly but assumes a lot about people. She also overreacts a ton. Group went to print out stuff for their presentation and instead of talking to the class while we waited, she just looked at the poor group member and said "EXCUSE ME?!" Also doesn't even try to keep a bad mood to herself. She just needs to get off her high horse.

Full of herself. Takes it as a personal insult if you make a mistake or are delayed. "You have to be here unless I give you permission." It's our grade lady, therefore our responsibility if we have something more important. Also a group was having trouble setting up projector while she just sat in the back and accused them of holding up the class.

One of the best professors ever. She is absolutely hilarious and makes the 8AM so worth it. Don't skip class and do your 3 speeches well and its a guarenteed good grade. She will help you on all your speeches too. She is an awesome teacher and really knows what shes talking about

She is a wicked nice teacher who knows what she is talking about. I had her for an 8am wednseday and fridays for intro to speech and she made it worth going that early to class. She makes the class fun. To me she is the best speech teacher who knows what she is talking about and who is helpful beyond belief.

Had her for intro. to speech. Very nice, as well as understanding and funny. As long as you pay attention and do the reading, and your assignments, you'll do fine. Of course, it is a speech class, so you have to talk in front of the class. But she's super understanding, and makes it as painless as possible. Take this with her if you can.

Glad to see she is still as awesome as when I had her several years ago for my undergrad! She was a very entertaining instructor and because of that I was able to learn alot from her. She is so funny and student oriented. I took more classes with her just because I liked her! You have to do ALOT to get on her bad side and if you do watch out!

She is amazing! I love her, and have taken 4 classes with her so far. You don't really need the textbooks either, which is always a plus. She is entertaining, easy going, and a great filler class!
