Cuyamaca REALLY needs to get another prof on the night history courses! I dropped his twice, then finally took it w/another prof @ Grossmont & got an A. Old school does not begin to describe this guy. He lectures the entire time in monotone. His writing assignments are ridiculously hard. It's impossible to stay awake during his 3-hr night class!

Comment:

Mr. McCoole is a very sweet, understanding professor. His test questions can be tricky so make sure you study your notes hard. Often when I'd study I'd still get questions wrong and thing WTF! But overall if you take good notes and do all the assignments you'll do fine. Email him if you're going to be absent! He likes courtesy!

I had him for a 3 hour night class and it was all lecture. He is very mono toned and boring but if you attend class and take good notes you will do fine on the exams. Overall it was an ok class. I think that there are better teachers then him.

Really nice guy, makes quizzes and tests mostly from lectures. Take good notes and you'll be good. Don't buy second book, doesn't grade from it. Unless you're into history, bring your No-Doz, and don't skip or be late - he's a stickler on attendance.

A lot of reading but his lectures are good. He gets to the point. No homework, only tests. Pay attention in class and you will do fine.
