drama for teachers is AWESOME. Interactive, fun, and really informative. BUT she is a horrible grader. She does not give higher than an A- even if you put in the work. weekly "show and tell," a paper and take-home final. also attendance is mandatory with no excuses. so it's not an easy A but its a great class and you make loads of friends.

She's a good teacher but she EXPECTS too much for a drama class. The first half of the semester we read a diff play every week. The seconds half we play a game. I thought it would be fun til i realized we have to write a five page paper on our role....... along with another paper..

She is a very nice professor, who enjoys what she does. The first half we read a lot of plays and it was a boring 3 hour class. Once we began the game, it was a lot of fun and the 3 hours felt like nothing. Sparknotes will be you friend in this class, but you have to know what your talking about because there are quizes. She sends you to see plays.

I hate when I read these comments and they end up being completely untrue. Shes not a bad teacher, but shes not great either. You have to memorize a lot and really quite a bit. When she gives you feedback it seems she seems to always point out the negatives. Tough grader.

She is an aweosme tecaher... if you are a cretaive person and inot your work you will do great... there is a big project at the end of the semester. the class is divided up inot groups and she assigns titles like producers, directors, etc... take good notes, the book is not really needed, i recommend

Class was fun, easy, and a pleasure to be in. the only "hard" part about the class is that you actually have to read because theres a quiz every other week. Midterm is easy, presentation is easy, paper is easy, the whole class is just easy if you actually do the work and go to class. she is a sweetheart. BEST PROF EVER, WOULD TAKE AGAIN!

Professor Waldinger was GREAT!!! I had her for Drama 100 and Drama 001. At first Drama 001 gets a little boring but Drama 001 is like a drama history class so its not meant to be fun but she did her thing and it was pretty ok. Drama 100 was my favorite class and that was definately because of her. She is extremely supportive and helps out alot.

for those who believe that Waldinger does not give out A's,you're wrong.I had both Drama 203 and 206 with her in the same semester (fall 2006) and she was hella cool. I got an A and an A- in her courses, respectively. I wasn't 1 to participate and you must in her class, as well as be there, but it's worth it. Quizzes every class, so read the plays!
