Mahon was a perfectly fine professor- though I can not properly suggested this due to barely having him teach. Art Now!, a course discussing the current title of art and its many artists, barely allowed Mahon to "teach"- rather he presented. So if you are looking to learn about art, don't take this course, take it to determine what you could do.

Pretty nice guy, and understanding. One thing that frustrates me: often during conversation he will look over my shoulder absent-mindedly and not maintain eye-contact, as if not fully engaged in conversation. It can be distracting and disheartening, especially when discussing your own work, thinking you aren't able to hold his attention
