I took many classes with him - he was great. Most of the other students in my classes didn't do the work assigned or participate in class and didn't seem to care - maybe those are the bad reviews? If you come to class, participate, do the assignments, and ask for help if needed - it was easy to get a good grade. He's a great teacher!

Although I would love to forget the semester I spent with him, I thought I needed to write this in order to update the rating. Yes, he is still this bad (2.6). I would argue he is worse. He does not encourage students. He does not like questions or free thinking.

some of these positive comments have to be written by pucci himself. He doesn't work with students. He never explains assignments. He just assigns them, and if you don't understand them, he spends the entirety of the next class berating the students. I really would like to be successful in my major, and he just makes me want to quit school.

Either you love Pucc or you hate him. He does talk alot about his accomplishments. I take this as a sign that he knows what he is talking about. He is more than willing to help motivated individuals. But he will not try to make anyone motivated. Why should he? It's not his job. He is funny and smart and more than willing to talk. He is great.

By far one of the worst teachers I have ever had the displeasure of taking a class with. He is rude, arrogant and demeaning to his students. He is often downright disrespectful. He also spends more time talking about himself than he does talking about any actual class material. AVOID!!!!!

One of the worst teachers I've ever had. He isn't clear as to what he wants on homework assignments or tests, he often gets off topic in class discussions, and uses the majority of class time to stroke his ego. He's an your average joe trying to pose as an intellectual. Why anyone likes him at all is beyond me.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes I took with him; he's very intelligent and sometimes witty (though his jokes go over many heads). He basically just has no tolerance for students who seem like they don't want to be there. Act like you care about your education and his classes will be a breeze.

Reading through what some have written about "Pucc" has inspired me to step in and set the record straight. You will get out of his classes exactly what you put into them, he is a no bs kind of guy. He is more than fair with grading and is always willing to go out of his way to do what he can for his students. The man deserves a sabbatical.

He's a nice guy, eventhough he seems very intimidating. Very understanding. I had lots of family problems last semester, and if you tell him your situation, he's more than willing to help. Do all the assignments and you'll do fine.

the WORST teacher I have ever had. I feel like taking his Media & Society class was a waste of my life. He is boring and it's easy to zone out while he talks. Most of the class did really bad after the 1st test, so Pucci lectured the class about how bad they did, and his solution was to make the next test harder. Don't take a class by him.

I loved pucci! I am no longer at ucc, but i miss taking classes with him. THE KEY TO HIS CLASSES is to just LISTEN in class. I swear. I never read the books he assigned, just listen in class and repeat what he says on the tests. I NEVER got less then a B+ in his classes!

Pucci was great. His classes were another story. As cool a teacher as Pucci is, you can only take so much "Scripting for the Electronic Media." His other classes have been fine, however. He's overall a good guy.

He likes to talk, and does it slowly. He is rather boring, and is WILLING to help you outside class if you have 3 hours to listen to him. Overall it's a good class, and he's a good guy, just... blah.
