Applied Anatomy class was horrible. Supposed to be 1&1/2 hrs 2 days a week. We only met 1 day a week no more than 30 mins, some days it was only 8-13mins. He didn't teach, just gave a worksheet & told you the answers then said bye. He said we'd just have to "do what he did & get flashcards & memorize everything" Would NOT recommend his class!!

Comment:

Yes, Dr. Redus is a hard professor. So is physiology. Especially applied physiology needs to be challenging. You can literally kill someone if you do not know what you are doing as a practitioner. If you work hard in his class, this man will literally do anything for you. If you have any questions regarding anaerobic training, he is the man.

He does not teach what so ever. You will literally only meet once a week for 30 minutes. Everything is online. He expects you to show up to the only day he meets He will expect you to be at his level and his level only. He counts you absent if you walk out to use the restroom or need to leave early. WORST PROFESSOR EVER. I do not recommend him

Epitome of a Professor! KHS major feels like high school in most classes. This guy takes it to another level just like college should be. Goes too fast sometimes. Top notch and loves to help if you seek him out.

Professor Redus is great! If you're going to take his class make sure you're ready to study for his exams outside of class mostly. This class is mainly memorization. Attendance is not required but going to class every day gives you extra credit at the end of the semester. He is ready to help if anyone needs it!

His class was very hard. He is a really cool dude he just expects you to learn so much in a little bit of time. If you don't have a lot of time on your hands or work or play sports do not take this class. You have to study so much. Don't get the textbook!!

Dr. Redus is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. I just applied for a graduate program and I hadn't been in one of his classes in two years and he was more than happy to write me a recommendation letter. You have to work hard and if you're lazy he makes you feel like crap. Just read and work hard. PARTICIPATE

Applied Anatomy: He assigns a lot of worksheets to do with a partner, 4 tests including the final, and be prepared to teach yourself. First 2 tests are fill in the blank memorization of bones and muscles. From day 1 he teaches for the 3rd test. First two are all on you. Get the clear plastic sheets and a dry erase marker to study with to get A+.

This guy is amazing!!!! I had to work hard BUT I loved every minute of it. Didn't like some of the test questions...confusing...but never had a better UCO CLAS!!!!!!

This class is not that easy with the exams and quizzes, but the projects are easy and pretty simple themselves. This is a tough class, but will help you out in the future! Be prepared to study for all your exams and quizzes. But, he is extremely passionate with what he does. He doesn't really go for excuses so if that you DON'T take this class!
