Not best, not the worst. Only 4 easy homework assignments, a short quiz each class on the chapter, and 4 exams. All the slides are on canvas, and if you miss class you won't miss anything.

Brian miller wasted so much of my life it's ridiculous. The only reason u should go to this class is because if you miss more than 2 u fail. He is so painfully boring, I just did my homework in class. still an easy class to pass, tho. I wrote the essay on a book I didn't read and lied on the passport. not hard to pass but feels like a waste of time

Miller talks about cool real life examples but is very unprepared for class. He often will come to class and kind of just mess with his things for 15 minutes. Some of his assignments are unclear, and he never talks about stuff on the tests. Cool guy, Bad teacher. UD can definitely find someone more skilled and knowledgeable.

I took this class in the summer of 2013 online. Class was easy if you read the textbook. Professor took awhile to grade assignments and tests are times. I would recommend reading the chapters and printing out quiz questions for reference. I got an A in the class while putting reasonable amount of effort

The class itself is easy. Miller is not such a nice guy. He has a grad assistant but wont grade assignments for months. He is rude to students and purposely tries to make them feel dumb. He has an "im better than you attitude" and tries to destroy you during the question section of your final presentation.

Took him online Winter '13;Econ major, all quizzes were 10mins timed and answers can be googled. Exams were same way and can be done at home, mostly the same pool of quiz questions. requires participation in forum discussion other assignments easy. Overall easy A/B if you read and are a fast googler on quiz/exams. Nice guy.lectures online optional

Ok seriously. When class is over. ITS OVER. This guy insists on teaching 10 minutes after class ends EVERY SINGLE DAY. It is just rude. And hes boring as heck also.

Had him for intro to UD class. Weird, creepy man who would make inappropriate jokes during class. Told students where to go to drink on campus, etc. trying to seem "cool". He just came off pathetic and creepy. Would stare at you as if he was trying to be intimidating. Thuddingly boring man when he wasn't creepy. AVOID.

The worst professor in our major. He doesnt care about his students at all, he will grade biasedly, he will ramble without answering questions in class. If you go for help he will not help you whatsoever. Good luck with this professor, you will need it.

Take this man online. I was nervous having read all the reviews, but I found his class fairly easy. I barely opened the book. The tests and quizzes were easy (timed, but not proctored...open book) I did work hard on the final project and was rewarded with an A- overall. He was easy to contact and very helpful. Take him online and there's no problem

seriously the meanest guy ever. so condescending, his tests are sooo nitty gritty and hes rude. ask him anything and he'll put you down. talks badly about students to other students. so unprofessional and rudest man i've ever met. dont be fooled when you first meet him because he isnt as nice as you might think. thanks for nothing brian.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst professors I've had in all of my HRIM classes. He comes to class without a clue that he bores and undermines each an every student regardless how much you try and relate to his awkward personality. Each class is long and full of tyraids in hopes of relating to the students. This guy is absolutely awful!

The class is easy if you just go to class and do the work. He can be a jerk and quite snotty. He is a bit intimidating to go to for help because he can make you feel really stupid. But for this class he isn't bad. Just go to class, do your work, and study, and you can get an easy A.

He makes me hate my life/HRIM/waking up everyday.. Cant answer a question in a simple way if his life depended on it. Sucks in general/probably enjoys watching his students fail/be confused/suffocate under his workload. Exams are AWFUL. Very unhelpful, almost snobby. Poor teaching skills demonstrate a lack of intelligence. Take xanax before class.

Brian Miller is the worst professor that you will ever have in HRIM...i would say to aviod him at all costs except the lodging module is mandatory. Not only is he unhelpful, but he's really not even a very nice guy. He has a major "i'm better than you" attitude...worst teached i've ever had at UD
