Comment:

Profesora Aguado is a great teacher. You have to study a lot than any other Spanish class because you have to pass the exit exam. Come to class, do the homework, study for the quizzes, tests and the exit exam and you'll do fine. This class had more work and studying than my other classes, but she taught me really well. Gracias Profesora Aguado.

Comment:

Spanish 309 is a grammar class and is definitely difficult. Sra. Aguado did a really good job at helping us learn the material and make class interesting. She is very patient and will help you in any way that she can. I highly recommend her for this class!

One of the best Spanish teachers i have ever had. She is so nice and really cares about her students and works hard for everyone to pass the exit exam. she offers unreal amounts of help in and outside of class. GO TO CLASS or you'll fail.. it had been 4 yrs since i took a spanish class and she was so helpful and supportive i ended up with a B. TAKE

She is such a sweetheart. She cares about student grades and tries to help you whenever possible though her hands are tied because the Span dept is kind of crazy. You will have homework every night but same with other professors too. She makes it a lot more interesting than other professors I believe, especially in the summer.

Professor Aguado is the best spanish teacher I have ever had including my 4 years in high school. Not only does she make class interesting but she is also extremely clear and truly care about her students. I have another professor this year and cannot wait to get back into Sra. Aguado's class again!

Absolutely wonderful professor! She explains things extremely well and is easygoing when it comes to late homework assignments. Her tests are pretty straightforward and reflect what she discusses in class. I highly recommend her!

She's hilarious! I loved her class and I already miss it! She's very good at explaining things. Plus, she really makes sure that the students understand and will explain again if necessary. We talked a lot about random topics and class was just fun. :) Exams aren't hard but some students struggled with it. We read a book all in Spanish. Take her!

She's so funny! She gives lots of corrections without making you feel stupid. Only downside- stuff that takes a long time to learn might only be worth a few points on the test. We talk a lot about random stuff, but she's ok with it, because we're talking in Spanish. I will try to take her for my next Spanish class.

Wonderful teacher. Makes class interesting with personal stories. Understands material well and is good at teaching it. Willing to accommodate (ex: missing a test). Checks homework every class, one major project the entire semester. Highly recommend.

She is great! Very funny, likes to tell stories about her husband. Teaches the entire in spanish which is great because it really helps your listening abilities. Tests after every chapter but they aren't super difficult. Plus she checks homework alot so that boosts your grade. Love her!

You should definitely take professor Aguado. She is understanding about homework and takes it late and she has a very good sense of humor. It really helps to have a native speaker who knows the language more intimately. She does call on people sometimes, especially for homework answers, but she doesn't make you feel stupid and works with you.

Professor Aguado is awesome! I took her for Working With Hispanic Clients. While the subject matter for that class was very easy and interesting, the class itself was very labor-intensive. However, Aguado was very understanding when students missed deadlines, had trouble with assignments, etc. This was my second time in her class. Great professor!

Very open, approachable, kind and helpful. Great sense of humor; class is fun but the needed material is also covered. Explains concepts well, and involves all students in class. Unlike some of the other professors, she explains new grammar before assigning homework on it, instead of after.
