When trying to fix a part a section is dong wrong, she uses unclear words like "make it sound more beautiful" instead of saying "make the notes more legato". Other than that, Symphony with her is a good class, just an awkward time.

Easy class, VERY nice teacher, very cool. She loves what she does and does show off some of her singing but she does encourage her students to sing along...but I did almost fall asleep...a LOT.

I love her. I think shes a great teacher and very laid-back in areas she probably shouldn't be. I think shes one of the most talented/intellegent teachers in the music dept.

class is like pulling teeth (painful). shouldnt be required for piano majors but i guess its okay for other music majors. boring class and she never gets around to checking everyone's work when she is supposed to. she also doesnt keep very good track of the assignments you have or havent completed.
