Very sweet old man. There's only a midterm and final based on the books he assigns you to read. Very easy. He mostly talks about his life spent in China/Japan and shows a lot of movies.

worst teacher i have ever had. Talks about his trip to Japan in the 1980's and nothing else. Likes to hear himself talk. You learn nothing. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. Class was a waste of time. Grade depends on two tests and participation but he does not give you opportunity to participate. Just terrible.

Literally the easiest class I have ever taken. There is a midterm and final, you only have to answer 3 out of 4 questions. He only skims through and looks for key words about the Japanese and Chinese culture. You could show up for one class, and take the exams and get an A. Forewarning, the classes themselves are very boring.

It is an easy class because you watch movies all the time and there is only two tests, but he is beyond boring! The class is forensic psych but its like he's teaching abnormal psych! He never talks about the forensic side! Don't take him if you actually want to learn forensic psych!!

Craig Parker is an easy teacher and wants you to do his best. He rambles a lot and bores you but he is an easy teacher. I think it is extremely impossible to get a bad grade. Easy class just boring.

SOOO BORING! But on the flip side lets you out 20 mins in and you watch a movie everyother class, literally. Almost impossible to fail, kinda funny guy, only two tests the entire year, let him learn ur name and you got yourself an A. Recommend if you want an easy easy EASY A!

Professor Parker is extremely boring, I often found myself falling asleep. I did not learn anything from his class about forensic psychology and I am majoring in it, still wondering what the job pertains. All he did was talk about mentally ill people and show a lot of movies.

Professor Parker was a rather odd person, his tone in class was absolutely hilarious. His lectures were boring but once in a blue moon they would be interesting. There were only midterms and finals. Overall I didn't see how his class had anything to do with forensic psychology because all we talked about was mentally ill people.

Just an okay class. Lectures and textbook material rarely go together, so you have to read the chapter to do well. Parker also takes a condescending tone in his lectures sometimes, but I don't think he means it. Guest speakers at the end of the semester are really interesting.

Not a very good teacher. He spent most classes reading newspaper articles he ended up giving us at the end. He showed a few videos, but they were generally boring and useless. Very vague on what to study for exams, but seems to be a fairly easy grader. Very understanding person, though, and very knowledgeable about Japan and its culture.

Craig has absolutely no control over his voice. He will scream at you in the lowest monotone one moment and then whisper the next. His classes are boring. He does show videos a lot but those are boring too. His test require a lot of studying. They are 3-4 essay questions on the text, newspaper articles, in class 'stuff', and the videos.

The class was okay. He lectures one day and you will watch a video the next class. He is very strange but funny. The exams are essays which are easy except if you dont listen or read. But as long as you do those you will no doubt get and A. Never keeps you in class entire time.

Alternates between lecture days and a video day. Video days are the time I learn the most. "Lectures" usually consist of reading from a book that is not the text or from newspaper articles from years ago yawning throughout his own teachings. Lots of reading from text that is never mentioned but is on exams. Exams = 3-4 random essay questions. BAD!!

Dr. Parker is a great professor. He is hilarious and class usually goes by pretty quickly. Exams are bad (all essay). He uses a lot of supplemental material which can be a pain at times. This class will definitely help you open up in group situations and be more comfortable speaking in class.
