Dr. Ringrose was an outstanding Professor, he always is available to meet with and discuss test questions to help you prepare, and always is able to meet and help you write papers for his class. What you put in will be what you get out of it. He will give you a study guide for every test with the exact questions. All his tests are essay style.

Dr. Ringrose is a good lecturer but really shines with his academic advising. He genuinely is there to help students succeed and graduate. His class was pretty good. He used a variety of media too teach and illustrate his points. He followed his syllabus to the letter and was a fair grader. I would highly recommend him.

One of the nicest profs I have met!!! He helps his students with any of the coursework, very leniant. Loved his class because he is such a big sweetie, although i find history boring (sorry). Anyways, once i put my stuff away kinda early and quick and it made him feel bad so i didnt do that again either. Really good prof tho.

He has the most annoying voice. He sounds like a constantly nasalized Smurf.

He was a pretty good teacher. He did like to talk a lot about the French and how he had a doctorate in history. He started to cry one time when our class starteyd putting our books away before the class was over and he told just to go. Later that day I saw him sitting on a bench near the cafeteria eating an apple looking depressed. Weird Gu

Loves his turtlenecks! Treats the class like high-schoolers. On one hand, it's annoying, on the other hand, it makes the class straightforward. Gives detailed test outlines, impossible to fail by "surprise" questions. Thinks a bit too much of himself, however, he knows his stuff and is genuinely interested in what he teaches.
