Professor Kirschner is a great! He is very clear and concise when he speaks and tells you literally everything you need to know for his quizzes and exams. It's important to go to lecture and pay attention. He gives you cheat sheets for the exams which was great. His grading is fair as well. You have to work for a good grade in his class.

Class is not mandatory but if you don't show up for class you most likely will do poorly on his quizzes/tests. No homework. Every month, he'll cancel at least 2 classes bc he works as a judge for his day job. You will really have to work for an A in his class since his quizzes aren't the easiest and his tests are very technical.

Kirschner is a great professor for business law. He makes the lectures entertaining. If you want to do well, its important to show up to class for the lectures and pay attention. Quizzes arent bad; he curves them often. The tests are all short answer where you have to explain law topics in your answers. He gives you an option for a cheat sheet

The thought process required to answer business law questions is different from most other classes. He helps understand all the concepts very clearly through hilarious examples. You will pass the class with a good grade if you come to class and pay attention. No homeworks. Few quizzes and he drops the lowest grade.

Great professor. Makes a boring lecture into the best he can. Drops quiz grades. Final Grade can become your average (if its higher). Makes it clear whats on the test. Definitely not an easy-a, but if you study minimally you'll at least get a B. He rarely writes on the board, but he tells you exactly what you need in your notes.

makes subject easy to understand. tests are short answer so he can give partial credit but it makes it very hard to get full credit. if u get a higher mark on final than the rest of ur average then ur final is ur final grade

never writes on the board. Teaches class verbally all semester and goes way too fast. If you are a person like me English as second language don't pick him. Very hard to follow and get you confuse. No review ,no notes ,no nothing except verbally talk.

Very interesting professor with lots of stories. He will not get you bored. Do take him if stories are what you are looking for out of his class. I dropped his class after three sessions. More than 70% of the class was confused of what he was looking for. All the positive feedback that is on this site looks like is written by himself.

For a Bus Law class he really got into the material. It was fun (although his jokes sometimes weren't) and he kept your attention. Allows you to retake quizzes and midterms. Gives clear guides on what he expects on the exams. Tries to train you to think widely and articulate your thoughts better. Provides lots of supplementary materials.

He is not easy but hes not hard. THis class is what you make it. Study the text and all the information that he provides, then you have to pass. He gives A LOT of information and almost give you the answer to the exams. The exams are easy (once you know the material) and dealing with him is a blast. I am taking Bus. Law II with him.

An absolute blast as a person. He's a former defense attorney so he has a ton of cool stories. However his lecture is beyond comprehension, he goes way too fast and jumps all over the place. Pay close attention to his sample midterm and try and understand what he's looking for and you can still do great. The textbook is a and a must !

Fantastic Professor in my opinion, he's extremely fun to be around! He's really clear in terms of his lectures and even provides a voice recording of his lectures everyday. He's gives lots of examples in his lectures. Tests are pretty easy short answers/essay format for midterm and final. 3-4 quizzes if he can schedule that many otherwise 2-3.

Did OK in this course. You really get what you put into this class so I cant complain. Prof is a great lecturer, articulate and clear in explaining complex systems of law. Really teaches you how to analyze a case and identify the important facts of law. An A was totally within my reach if I had put more time in. Great class even for non majors.

Great Professor, doesn't give homework. There were 4 quizzes(all MC) during the semester and he takes the 2 highest scores. Midterm and Final are essay format but you get to bring 2 pages notes.

Best Prof. i ever had. He is totally approachable just as long as your questions aren't stupid and believe me there are stupid questions. I had to work hard on the papers but it was made easier because he would email me back if i had any questions, we even spoke over the phone to go in detail over my question. Follow directions, try and you'll pass
