I had him for Corporate Financial Management and Business Law 1 in the mid to late 1980's. He was a trip then and still seems to be so. I found him to be an excellent and fair teacher. I remember he made the entire class subscribe to the Wall Street Journal for our Corp Fin Mgmt class. He always used to reference this character called "Farquar"

My goodness... I had this guy in 1973 and recent comments here sound like he's never changed. He's a supreme egotist who expects a lot from his students. If you cannot keep up with his relentless machine-gun style of lecturing, you'll be lost! He probably tells you that a holder in due course is like Arnold Schwartznegger. He never changed!

I think this guy is absolutely hilarious. He drifts off topic ALOT and talks about things completely unrelated, which is entertaining. As for the work, my class was an intro class so it was pretty easy. He explains stuff clearly and the tests were not difficult at all. No reading really, gave us a 30 page outline of the entire textbook. Funny guy.

very hard subject, and this guy has been at it a long time, a little burnt out. he does not want everyone to pass- tries to have a lot of people drop after the midterm. doesnt care about attendance, very funny, very hard tests.

Best Catskill comedian this side of Sullivan County. But he can't teach and he thinks he's hot. Don't ask for counselling help-he still doesn't know the requirements for an accounting degree-and he's been at BC for about 1000 years. Heard he's retiring. Best news I've heard in a long time-it's overdue.

Even if you have high level of English, study a lot, and use logic on his tests - it does not help. Tests: midterm - 50, final - 100 questions. All of them are cases. And just 1 hour to answer... He is a comic actor, but not a teacher. Loves to fail students.
