Hard class, but it's very helpful. It really prepare me to step into the real-world. Think about your future,this class really teach you all the survival skills when you are working in this world, especially if you have to go for your dietetic internship, please spend more time in this class. It will pay off later.

Pretty challenging class, tons of readings. Pop quizzes are super hard and she is very strict when grading the take-home exams. She does lots of case studies where you have to get into small groups and discuss your feelings (hated those). I did manage to get an A in this class but believe me, it was not easy.

its hard. LOADS of readings! u can actually skip some classes since they r really boring (but she gives out extra credits for attendance sometimes.) n materials covered can be found in the book, if u dun read the bk, u r so gonna screw this class. LOTS of stuff to memorize, many facts. Tests are hard and make sure to complete all hmw.

HORRIBLE! The lectures are pointless and difficult to take notes on. She writes on transparencies and always in abbrev so you can't really follow. The tests are HARD so having the book is a must. This prof is so useless that I ended up going to a diff section (Titchenal is GREAT) just so I could try and pass the ridiculous tests.

The lectures were not very interesting. She used overhead projectors and wrote her notes on transparencies. It was boring, to say the least. Her exam were very difficult, however she does grade on a curve. Taking this class as a first semester freshmen is NOT a good idea.

Do not take this teacher!! Dooley is probably one of the most boring profs ever. Her lectures consist of overheads of cartoons, articles, and graphs you can't possible take notes on. Going to class is pointless because there is nothing to take notes from. The tests are hard, and that is the only time people show up. AVOID!!!

She is a very nice lady outside of class but she tries to be funny and shes not..her tests are unbelievably hard..its hard to keep a good grade in her class because the notes she covers in class have no part on tests...assignments are lengthy and she requires we ALWAYS refer to the textbook. I hated coming to this class

This was the hardest class i have taken in college so far. the lectures are long and hard to follow, and the test are so incredibly detailed that there is no possible way to study for everything. i needed and all-nighter and a high dosage of aderol just to pass the final. Dooley tries to make it intersting, which it can be-if your ok with dying
