I absolutely loved her.. The work wasn't unbearable but you had to keep on top of it. 4 Case Studies, 2 Passion Essays, 19 What would you do responses no more than 2 paragraphs, and 7 discussions with comments. She was a fair grader, super sweet, and gave good feedback. I'd take another MBA course with her again, for sure!!

Professor Caggiano is wonderful. This course was straightforward and the work load wasn't bad at all. We had a lot of good discussions throughout the semester and I definitely learned a lot. I appreciated the frequent student engagement in her lectures. She has good intentions for her students and is there for you. I would definitely take again.

I'm not really sure why I was scared of taking this teacher, her class was really easy. I mean we had like two group projects and had to fill out a self assessment booklet for the final. She really likes class interaction so half of the classes we would have debates.

Definitely one to avoid. She is totally scattered, doesn't return e-mails, doesn't know what text she has required, tests are from texts books from other/previous classes. The absolute worst professor ever, an employee of this caliber would be terminated from any private sector business.

She is terrible. She does not return e-mails. All of the quizzes and tests do not relate to the readings from the text. I have no clue where she comes up with half ot it. I asked her to show me where the questions can be found in the book..never received any response.

Everything was busy work. Every week it was the exact same thing just different questions. Never responded to emails and didn't really challenge you to learn more. Midterm was awful as it had questions on it that had NOTHING to do with the chapters it was on. Questions were from Chapters that we would read in the future.

She gives lots of busy work. Reads off power points from several semesters ago. Sometimes she repeats her presentations, senile. The tests are extremely difficult because they are recycled tests based on previous text books. So if you?re good at researching a topic and answering a question in 60 seconds then your good. Doesn?t returns emails!

i took management with her and she missed class one day and had her assistant show us the movie "antz". the TA said 'if you've seen it, you don't have to stay'. come into the next class, caggiano flips out and drops F bombs on us for leaving! this midget is the worst teacher i've ever had in my life

I agree. Avoid at all costs. Little direction, watch movies that dont relate to the class (farenheit 911 has nothing to do with management), tests on the book but doesnt teach from the book at all.
