Comment:

Great professor and you can really tell that she cares about you and wants you to succeed. Lectures are kind of hard to follow along to because the information jumps all over the place. Its Hybrid so 50% work is done on blackboard. Overall Great teacher just read or skim the book so it is easier to follow along instead of relying on presentations.

Comment:

Leamy is one of the kindest and most caring professors. Her class was pretty unorganized at times but there were only some quizzes. Lectures were boring but you go on a lot of jail tours and that was really beneficial to my learning. Don't expect to get a ton out of this class. The final was fun and interesting and you get an A for participating.

The online course was very poorly structured. If you are a go with the flow person, like myself, this class is great for you. Some weeks she would forget to post the assignments all together. The class is not difficult, but the minor inconvenience of the weeks not being posted was frustrating.

Comment:

If you're looking at taking classes with Leamy online, don't bother. Her quizzes/exams are wildly frustrating: vague wording, awful grammar, nonsensical or gotcha questions, all incorrect answers. She teaches you things that are completely contradicted by the book and other CRM classes. You only get M-F for assignments. Avoid her if possible.

Comment:

This was my first time taking online classes. I was very hesitate as I thought I'd blow it off but actually I learned way more and was way more into it than ever. This instructor was incredibly helpful and it felt like she actually cared about you. She always responded if I needed anything. And she was really good at sending many reminders!

She is a good professor, but she tends to get off subject quite a bit. I really like her as a person and she really truly cares about the students she is teaching. If you just want a class where you show up and pass this is the class for you. Just be prepared for her to send a lot of emails that don't make sense.

Mrs. Leamy is one of the most amazing people I have ever met! She does everything she can to help you out. She can be pretty disorganized, but its GEP so that wasn't too big of a deal. Most classes were discussion. Having GEP with her makes me want to take it again!

Leamy is a nice lady but I really don't think she knew what she was talking about most of the time. Her class was very unorganized and she expects you to do a lot of work but then takes forever to grade it. Also, I wouldn't count on her being there to help you.

Leamy is by far one of the best things about MSU. She won't respond to your emails, has unknown due dates, and typically can't keep anything together, but she's super nice and there's something about her. Chili pepper!

What a horrible professor, test questions were often missing words or phrases and contained spelling errors, random questions sometimes from future chapters that had not been assigned yet, answers to questions were also sometimes incorrect, no communication, graded papers months after they were submitted, due dates at random, avoid at all cost

Leamy knew her stuff, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, she never responded to my emails which left me confused a lot of the time. Her due dates were also extremely random and often hard to keep as someone who works in addition to going to school. I learned a lot but it took a lot of effort to keep up.

Ms. Leamy is extremely helpful. She doesn't lecture from the textbook, but adds to it. She does study guides before the tests which are extremely helpful. If you read the book, attend class, and study the study guide, it's day to get an A in her class.

She was an awful professor. It was required to go to class, but pointless. She rambled about nothing, and was so chaotic with assignments that it was difficult to tell when things were due. She barely replies to emails and does not post grades on time.

Mrs. Leamy was all over the place with her lectures, her assignments were never clear and the grades for those assignments took weeks to get posted. Mrs. Leamy's teaching style is so chaotic it makes it almost impossible to ever understand what's going on or what she is even talking about.

Up to 6 pages of work on a weekly basis. Seriously the most work I've had in any class, ever, times three. Doesn't grade anything for 6-7 weeks at a time, if you're lucky.

She wasn't the greatest teacher, but she had a cheesy sense of humor that most can admire. Easy material. A lot of it, but it was easy. Otherwise, her class was kind of meh.
