The lectures are boring, the analogies are ancient. You need to be born in the 60's 70's just to understand her thought process. Seems as if she doesnt like the younger crowd. Nice teacher, but not clear on anything. If you ask her a question, its never a direct answer. Just from watchin someone else do this, kissing butt is the way to pass.

I do not recommend this teacher for this class. I have AP1 right now, and she does not cover all the material that is on the tests. No extra credit. She says its all in the lab, but her lectures and notes do not match. She does not write the tests. Does not answer questions clearly. Some visual aid, but uses old over head. Good luck!

She reads almost verbatim from the textbook. She doesn't use many visual aids. She uses a projector from the 70s to show some diagrams but is sort of clumsy about integrating the visuals into the lecture. She gives no extra credit. Avoid this class if possible. If not, use the lab manual and be sure you know all the material the lab manual says you

she did give some good personal examples of what we were learning, but she wasnt very clear on what we were actually supposed to be learning. when i asked her things that might be on our tests, her response was 'maybe' or 'i think so' or 'just know everything.' and by the end of the semester she was cramming 10lbs of poo into a 2lb bag.

Nice teacher, lets you out early sometimes, it usually depends on the student if you want to leave early b/c when she is done lecturing she will let you work on lab exercises but some of the students go home. Its very hard to get an A or at least a B. In her class I got the highest grade with a 87%.

She is a very nice lady. She could have given the class a little bit more input on what to focus on because there was just too much material to memorize and understand!!! I've got an A though, but through very hard work.
