I took Bonney in 2015. I had an A going into the final and then she gave me a C-because I missed two classes due to my wife (fiance at the time) going to the hospital. I even made up all of the work and performed with my group. This woman has major power trip issues. Avoid!!!

Dr. B is not for the lazy, that's for sure. The good thing about her is that there aren't any exams/tests, but the bad news is that she assigns a TON of work. There's discussions every week, along with reflections and other things. She's a big fan of group projects as well. She's a nice woman though, but her class really drained me with her work.

I saw no favoritism. She does expect you to be involved. We painted, danced and sang in the class! It was great! I didn't want to do any of it, but I loved it. She grades quickly and makes good comments on everything. I told her everything I didn't like about the class... and she loved it! How cool is that?! It was a class I'll remember.

This teacher seems to pick favorites, and if you are not a favorite you will NOT get an A. I worked tirelessly waking up at 5 in the morning everyday for her classes just to barely get a B-...what a joke! She is also rude and I have filed a complaint against her! Be warned if you are not a favorite you will LOSE!

She is a teacher who seems not no care about her students. She doesn't take the time because she is always busy. The professor is part of the Liberal studies student association and she doesn't put any effort in helping the club. I don't think that she should be in the teaching field because even though she knows she can't teach the subject.

If you want an A do not take her! I think it is impossible for her to give good grades. I thought that her class would be better than any others because there are no tests, but I was wrong. If your taking her class be prepared to do a lot of work, more than your given credit for.

Professor Bonney is a fantastic professor. I highly recommend her for any Liberal Studies class. As long as you do the reading and take notes you will do fine on the exams. She posts all the power points online so you have access to them when you study. Just make sure you take notes on the paintings and music because she expands on them in class!

She knows her stuff.If you take good notes (write down everything she says)you will be fine she gives a study guide with 6 questions in which 3 will be on the exam.As soon as you get the study guide start it.Its a lot to memorize but its not painful. There is no homework, just reading but I didn't read and i got a B

Bonney is a very intelligent individual. She is knowledgeable about all of the material in her course however there are many flaws. She puts the class in the group to teach about different art movements and such. Her expectations are unclear. If you are in a bad group then it's over for you. I try so hard in the class but its not good enough.

Professor Bonney was a good professor. The material presented was not. A lot of analyzing and writing (I love analyzing, but this was a bit much for me). I earned a B-, but I'm sure I deserved it. 3 5-7 pg essays due and almost every class meeting "Quickwrites" about the material read were given. Quite a difficult class for 100-level course.

Too much reading required for the course, all discussion is student discussion and the lectures are hard to follow. 3 5-7pg papers are required to pass this course. This class is a waste if you don't like writing and reading. I do not advise anyone to take her.

I had Bonney for both 302A and 302B. While the material is difficult, Bonney does an excellent job explaining everything. Take great notes! She changed the test to 12 essay questions you get in advance to study, and 6 will be on the test. Makes it much less stressful to know what to expect for the exams!

She was an OK professor. Had to print out all lecture notes (which happened to be all very colorful powerpoints which were more than 20 pgs every time) Material was interesting and was usually on the test. The study guides really did not help. I passed with a C, but i had to work my butt off.

Bonney was an amazing teacher. The subject was really hard but she was extremely helpful. She was always willing to help you through email or during office hours. She is a pretty straight forward grader. I loved her!!

she is the wrost professor I have ever had to encountor. she is NOT helpful, she IS a scatter brian, and I never receviced a graded exam from her all semester. run don't walk when you see her name. it sucks that she teaches soo many classes needed to graduate
