Dr. Hall does ramble a lot during lectures. It bothers him when you're late but he doesn't take attendance. He is hard to get help from and he talks in circles when you ask questions. I self-taught myself by doing optional nongraded hw. The overall grade is based on 3 exams. He curves the grades. Plus he gives open-book exams, which I loved.

Learned more about business in this class then in any other class I have taken. If you are looking for easy answers, this class is not for you. It takes a while to catch on but all of a suddenyou know what to do. If you stick with it, you really learn a lot.

Real Estate was the third class I have taken from Dr. Hall. They have all been great. If you do not like his classes, the problem is probably you not him. If you listen to him and do what he says, you will get a good grade and learn a lot.
