Comment:

Don’t take Mark if you have a choice. He is not a teacher that answers your questions in a friendly way. His teacher style was he would ask you questions before showing you anything. He made a lot of mistakes, which is ok if he had a good personality “he doesn’t”. He was overly critical of your mistakes in class. Not a fan of Mark as a teacher.

Was filling in for another teacher who left RCC. Did a very good job. The students that had problems with the class did not apply themselves. Take notes in class and you will do well.

He's a good teacher, knows for the most part what he is talking about. Don't think he did much prepping for his classes. Sometimes he would get stuck and try to play it off like he knew what he was doing. He is VERY anal about what you write on your papers. It's his way of the highway, take good notes and quizzes=tests, so study.

Comment:

Although he was a hard instructor, he wanted everyone in his class to succeed. Students had to do this themselves, but he would help. If you studied, you learned. He kept the class going at a fairly fast rate. I would take another class from him.

Very tough teacher. You'd better study hard for this guy. But get on his good side and he will lead you on the right track. Has a dry sense of humor that takes some getting used to.

He is not a real easy instructor, though he knows his stuff. There is a lot of homework and you definately have to earn your grade. It can be fun, but you have ti put your mind and time in to it.

Don't take this instructor unless you have a fairly light load. His homework is overwhelming at times especially his HTML class. I feel you will learn a lot in his class but you will earn your grade by study. I wouldn't call his class fun.
