She's not clear at all and even one on one help is completely useless. She does not make helpful revisions. I have legitimately not learned a single thing in this class. Class is completely unrelated to the assignments. If she likes you, you'll get an A. If she doesn't want to give you an A, forget about it.

She is a tough grader no doubt about that even though i got a very good grade. If she doesnt want you to get an A then forget it even if ur writing is excellent. Very moody. she gets very awkward sometimes. and on other times she is very nice. to get a good grade you need to know how to deal with her + good writing. I don't recommend taking her

Took her for AWD advanced writing. Good professor, expects class to participate and will call on you to answer some easy questions. There is lots of 1 on 1 interaction with her so have questions for her when she looks at ur paper. One of the sweetest professors at NEU. A very easy grader, got an A in the course.

She's really sweet and friendly and also tries to make class funny. However, she grades really hard. You think you did really well on a paper because she gives you good feedback, but then you get a C. You need to work hard for an A. She's very helpful if you go for extra help.

Our class in general was very entertaining. This professor was very laid back and made the class actually sound somewhat interesting. Gwen is a very fair grader and was flexible about when you could turn in assignments. She is VERY strict about absences, and too many will affect your grade. I highly recommend this professor for AWD!

this is the teacher you should take for awd. she is very nice and flexible and fair. class was not too hard and she did a good job making it kinda fun too. very nice lady, highly recommended

She's a great prof for middler year. She only holds class 2/3 days a week. She's not ****y, corny but has a great sense of humor. Work load is less demanding than other prof that teach the same class. I highly recommend her.
