I do not agree with the previous rating.He talks over your head, goes too fast, not willing to help, refers you to tutors, makes mistakes constantly while teaching and does not care about the student's success whatsoever. The worst teacher I have ever had. Most students had dropped.DO NOT TAKE HIM AT ALL COSTS if you want to succeed.

It is my opinion that many of the people that write "horrible teacher" on here really were NOT prepared to enter MathA. There is nothing wrong with this teacher, he is helpful, is a goof sometimes. He stays after class to help if needed. Complainers I've heard are NOT prepared, period for this level of math and should do another refresher.

HORRIBLE teacher!! he knows his stuff, but doesn't know how to teach. Super fast, not clear, won't go back to help, often refers to students as 4th graders, no people skills, gets frustrated easily. There was no chance in his class, so to save my "A" average, I dropped as did alot of others.

Mr. Willis is definitely a math nerd the problem being he expected all his students to be as well. He is quite insulting when you don't already know the material even thought we signed up to learn. If you haven't grasped the material, too bad, he moves onto the next chapter. Also he doesn't respond to your e-mails when you need information.

Mr. Wilson is a very interesting individual to say the least. I don't know how long he's been teaching but he often times confuses himself on the whiteboard, not too easy to follow him, but he almost always is willing to stay a bit after class with you to assist you in any area. He is kind of a stickler wih the grading and attendance.

Absolutely by far the worst teacher I have ever had in my life. Mr. Wilson has no right teaching. Class was nearly impossible. If you happen to get stuck with this man go to the math center for help - see Gary or Chuck. We were allowed open books/notes on final and class average for our final was a "D". What does that say? Good Luck!

By far the WORST teacher I have ever had in my life He makes so many mistakes during his lectures Im actually confused at the end of class he teaches u the wrong way to do a problem He gives lots of homework He is so scatterbrained and hard to follow i have to do work in class to tune him out or else id be lost better off teaching yourself

I don't really like the guy, but if you know math, hes not hard. If you suck, take the 4 day ILP classes. Its fast paced, lots of homework but overall not that hard. He grades h/w odds for completeness and evens for correctness. Maybe 20 evens and 100 odds a week. Not hard, tests are from homework. He's a math nerd and cracks math jokes that suck.

He was the worst teacher i have ever had in my ENTIRE life. Gave ENOURMOUS amounts of homework. He cannot teach. Only 5 out of the class passed it. I went and asked him for help and he said 'anyone can teach themselves math' well obviously i couldnt because i failed.

I can't believe this guy actually teaches! He is not a good teacher. He is boring and very hard to follow in his lectures. The funny thing is that at the end of the semester there was only 10 students left, the rest had dropped. He gave out one A, 2 B's, and the rest c's d's and f's. Avoid taking this guy at all costs!

He is the worst teacher i have ever had in all of my years of learning. He is so boring and cranky all the time. His lectures do not go with the tests at all. I ended up dropping the class and he ALSO knew that I dropped it, but he still gave me an F! I think he just didnt like me! Horrible..warning.. stay away

Wilson is a hard teacher to understand. Goes into depth when not needed for that lesson. Kind of makes you feel insecure about the information if asked a questions. Sometimes degrades the class if test is not good. Doesn't explain thoroughly if you ask a question for help.

This teacher was not good at all by any means. He did not help out the class at all. I didn't learn anything. Even though it was computer mediated I still had difficulty. If you ask him for help, he just gives you looks like you are stupid. well if we knew the material we wouldn't be taking the class now would we? anyway, take someone better

He teaches like u would a 150 person class. Blows through everything. My class had 30 people by the time I left there was 5 people left. I'm a smart guy, but learning this subject on my own was impossible because his answers don't match the book. He wanted us to use the calculator with his programs that he shows us how to use in class once.BadDeal!

Complete garbage. We started off w/ 12 students, by the final exam we had 5 students left. Everyone failed except one kid who seemed to know Alg II already. Worse professor i've ever had and made it X2 worse that it was a summer course. On the last day we had the Ch9~10 and Final Exam on the same day. Avoid at all cost!

This man has no business being in a room with students. He should quit teaching now. If you take this class you will most likely fail and walk away frustrated and confused. He expects you to already know higher math and uses symbols and language unknown to most except grad students. He assumes we are all going on to higher math so assigns problems
