Professor MacNair is very soft spoken. If it's hard for you to pay attention in class, his voice will for sure make you fall asleep. His lectures make no sense he just says what he's thinking. He only offered three tests, a small paper, & a budget plan worksheet for the entire semester. His tests are HARD. If you don't study you will not pass.

Dr. MacNair was an incredible professor. His class is easy so long as you attend class, pay attention, & take notes. Reading helps, although I didn't really read the book. He does sometimes add questions from the book on the test though. Overall, you have 3 tests, & 3 short assignments. He's very nice, & will explain anything if you ask him.

I was somewhat apprehensive about taking this class based on the reviews. However, this was the BEST course I have taken at ACCC. The course was well-structured, and the professor's lectures and activities made the subject matter very interesting. There's a decent amount of work; however, he is a fair grader and is always willing to help.

I took Professor MacNairs online class. He dose give a decent amount of work each week, but everything helps to bust your grade. He gives a quiz each week it is 10 questions and it is not timed, so you can go into it as many times as you want, You can't be lazy in his online class, but he is worth taking

Dr. Macnair is soft spoken so sit in the front of class. He knows what he is talking about and is very fair. I really enjoyed this class and definitely recommend him. His tests are all essay but if you pay attention and take notes, it is pretty easy.

Professor MacNair does a good job with explaining the content and making the class relevant to current events. He is a good guy and is ready and willing to answer any questions. Make sure you read the text book. He throws in some textbook specific material.

Sit in the front,he mumbles and is hard to hear.I would recommend this teacher,although he is moody and I still don't know my grd. Sit in the front because he is hard to hear. Alot of group exersizes and a group presentation. Tests and exams are not multiple choice,but fairly easy if you do your homework and listen.I am usually an A student,but because tests/exam are made up of the word or theory and you must define and explain.Forget getting or guessing the correct answer.

Had him for principles of sociology online. SO easy! And still I feel like I learned so much. Great online experience, I wish they were all like that. Id take him again.

I loved him so much I had him for 4 classes.I took classes I knew he taught.He was instrumental in advising me which way to go in picking my profession.He is one of the best teachers I ever had.He truly cares & even helped me get my internship!He is very knowledgable in each his classes & cares about each his students.He believes in what he teaches

I fell asleep 90% of the classses. He is very monotoned and couldnt keep my attention for more than 3 minutes. His tests were ridiculous and i wouldnt recommend taking him in class!

he's very soft spoken. his group assignments are kind of lame and rather pointless. he gave me a C on one of my papers because he didn't agree with a point that I had made. however, I proved him wrong and he still didn't change the grade. I personally didn't like him as a teacher because he was very dull and his class put me to sleep.
