Speeches are hard, and he usually doesn't like most of the speeches give. But, he likes athletes. Tests are hard. READ THE TEXT BOOK!!! Thinking about missing more than one class? Expect to drop a letter grade.

He only gives a midterm and final, which weren't that bad, assuming you paid attention to the very few notes/lectures he did. He made many generally rude comments, and skipping was not a wise decision. Definitely would not take another class with him unless it was mandatory for a major.

Nothing he says in his lectures help you with his tests. If you read the textbook you might be able to answer some of the questions. You can't even understand what he's talking about because he makes no sense. He is rude and probably the worst professor.

HORRIBLE. don't take unless you absolutely have to!!!!! Makes extremely rude comments, and has rants that have nothing to do with the classes. Have a question? too bad he will be so rude about it you won't want to ask anymore questions.

He is so rude to his students and has no respect for them. He also is an unreasonable grader and has reasonably hard tests. He rambles on and goes off on tangents during class that have nothing to do with what we should be learning. Bottom line.. DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR unless you absolutely have to. He is terrible

Gardner is by far the rudest professor. He is incredibly unhelpful and extremely condescending. He is not clear about his assignments and when you ask for clarification he goes off topic and in the end you are left even more confused. He is openly rude and sassy to students and seems to enjoy intimidating students and making them feel incompetent.

Probably the most condescending professor I have ever had. He believes everyone is below him and talks down to students. He is very unclear about what he wants to be accomplished in the class and it leads to his distribution of very poor grades. You had to study the textbook for tests yet we had not learned a single thing from the text all semester

This is by far the WORST professor that I have ever had in my life. He was so disrespectful if you ask him any questions he tries to make you feel stupid for asking. Its insane that after all of this time he is still a professor and the only explanation I can think of for that is that he MUST have tenure. The textbook is the only reason I passed.

He goes off topic all the time, doesn't explain what he will test you on. He grades speeches so harsh. You have to be a professional speaker to get the best grade. If you ask a question he'll usually be pretty helpful but its a struggle to talk to him any time other than in class. Read the book he doesn't tell you to but he tests you on it

From the four weeks I have taken his class I can tell you this WORST mistakeofmylife. When I first took his class I was surprise how blunt and upfoward he was. Absolutely terrible professor, I've never met a more condescending person in my life. His classes consist of rants and pointless factoids that are in no way relevant to his exams whatsoever. I learned nothing and I'm leaving this review to warn people to avoid this grumpy old man. STAY AWAY FROM HIM

Honestly,, the most unclear and unhelpful professor I have ever had. he gives you assignments that trick you, and tells you to ask him questions and then embarrasses you in front of the class when you do. I would not take a class with him again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs.
