Took Dr. Teopaco's class at Harvard Ext. He's amazing. Makes the content clear and interesting. Treats student with respect. Ensures the class knows how to apply concepts rather than just recite key terms. Excellent professor!

Comment:

nice guy, but the class sucked! everything depends on participation, so you hear dumb kids putting their input and when it comes time to a test its on stuff that we never learned/discussed. Teopaco is a nice guy, but does not seem like he graduated from Harvard. 1 test, 1 project, 1 fina. Wouldn't completely recommend, but he isn't the worst.

This is a really interesting class. Participation is a huge deal, so if you don't like to talk then you might want a different professor. He cracks corny jokes but he really knows what he's talking about. There's a midterm, final, and group presentation & group paper. It's also really important to stay on top of the reading.

This is one of those professors that do everything to get you to understand the material. His classes are interesting and the participation is a big deal, but it helps you stay awake and furthur understand the material. GREAT TEACHER!!! I'd take him again in a heartbeat!

Terrible class structure.. too much of the grade is dependent on class p, it's impossible to measure participation on how much 50 people talk... most people blab on about NOTHING because of how imp. class p. is. very unclear about what he wants on projects/exams and doesn't do a review for the final, wastes last 2 wks on presentations. hated it

One of the better teachers at NU. I had the advantage of a small class but participation is a big thing is his class. No HW, 1 group paper, and 1 midterm and finals. He grades easy and the tests were not too bad at all. I recommend him because he is one of those teachers that genuinely wants the student to learn and understand the material.

Um..He's not a bad teacher, and he's not great.He's average. He really does expect you to be at every class ON TIME, or your grade is affected. His work load isn't much, and you don't really have to do all of it to get a good grade. However, some of his explainations aren't so clear, which can mess up a concept that is really ABC, but ADBFC to him.

Didn't think this guy was great - even though participation was a big part of your grade, hearing people blabber on and on and repeat things numerous times put me to sleep and effected my grade even though I scored perfect on all the tests. Didnt really make marketing very interesting and kind of turned me off from choosing it as a concentration.

This guy is the man. He runs a great class, and there isn't a LOT of work. As long as you prepare for class every day and participate, you'll be all set. I highly recommend taking him for Marketing Management.

This teacher is a disgrace. It's 50% participation, which could be effective if used correctly (not the case here). If you are not one of his 'favorites', he abuses this. The class format is great but used here, people say anything just to get heard.
