Joy is amazing. She expects good work out of everyone, but she'll go the extra mile to make sure you know what you're doing and she's a heck of a director. Mandatory attendance/participation in class and in events outside class, but there are perks like choir trips and choir camp, and getting being part of Concordia traditions and a family.
