Here's the secret to getting along with Ray: DO YOUR WORK! Don't try to weasel a good grade out of him with excuses, because he'll nail your @$$ to the wall and rightly so. Take his class only if you're serious about your education; if you're a slacker or a cheat, stay away. He is a prof who will make you EARN your grade. Nothing wrong with that!

Not the business at all, he talks for an hour without explaination, and then gets upset about questions that you have about homework or test. A one of the test had nothing to do with the homework at all. Don' take, try to get you advisor to give you MATH 108 instead (same class, same book)....
