Worst lady. i dropped my class cause i didnt not want to fail. She is hard she doesnt have examples to understand how to write a paper. I mean i knew how to write one in 1301 but 1302 is something different with literary elements and other crap i didnt know of. She expects you to already do good in the first paper

Yea this teacher..i should say this lady cause she cant teach..um i had to drop the class cause i knew i wasnt going to make it so b4 i get a D i dropped it and well i heard she retired so thats good for the students. For real of all the students that i know of that took her gave her a bad rating

I absolutely regret taking her! She is the worst teacher ever. VERY VERY HARD GRADER. Her instructions are not even specific. She goes off topic really quick. I learned NOTHING in the class. This teacher lowered my GPA, truth is she needs to quit teaching

Mrs. Harris is a gem! At first you might feel like she goes over info really fast and that you cant quite soak it in fast enough, but you catch on. I received an A in the class, and I worked hard for it, but I came out knowing how to do things that I never had done before. She is hard on you only because she knows what you are capable of doing. <3

Harris talks down to her students like children. Not treated like adults at all. However the people complaining about how hard she is need to realize this is NOT a highschool, it is a college class, you will be expected to do college work.

I regret taking this teacher! Bad results. Tough Grader, easily gives out F's.Didn't learn a single thing in her class, and she expects everything on an essay to be perfect, and she doesn't even provide examples.This class is not for people who actually want to learn. It's more like a class you walk in to, already knowing everything about English.

She is an excellent teacher, but you have to do the work. She is extremley hard. If you have been out of school for a while this is not he teacher for you. She expects you to already know the material. If you have been out of school for awhile you probably not remember anything she is talking about you will be LOST. I do not recommend her.

This class is most definitely NOT an EASY class. I did make an A, but I had to work my butt off to get it. I did learn alot in the class, but she is very difficult when it comes to changing your grade... even when you go and talk with her. If you want an easy A, do not, I repeat, DO NOT take her...

Mrs Harris is a very good teacher, If you pay for a class and make an effort to stay in the class, do your work and stay on top of assignments you will not have a problem. &&& for those who have had a conversation with her know she wants the best for her students and is an extremely nice person. If you consider yourself a "slacker" I'd advise not to take her class. If you'd like to learn something and better your self she is def the English teacher to want to have.

If you want an easy grade in english, do not take her!If you want to earn a good grade in english, DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS! Three-week mini?!There was a paper due every four days, journals, reading and she still wonders why your paper was not done PERFECTLY when you stayed up THROUGH THE NIGHT completing it. Better be uber religious. She sure is!!!!!

Mrs. Harris seems to think that she is ver intertaining. SHe is not, however. I feel bad for her because she goes off on the crazy tangents, and then expects the whole class to follow, or she will repeat it all over again. She is ALWAYS late to class, and ALWAYS late to let us out. All the other comments were pretty on point about her, though.

Her lessons are not hard, but she grades hard. She is very strict on grading has to almost be perfect. She checks for plagiarism and gives you an F if you don't make proper citations on your papers. You really don't need the book. I don't recomed this teacher if you want an easy A because you have to work hard to get an A and even a passing grade.

She makes you feel like you're in kindergarten again with all her rules. She goes on and on wasting time and gets mad if the whole class doesn't verbally respond to every question she asks(head shake isn't good enough). My whole class hated going. Avoid her if you can, and save yourself the trouble.

She wastes literally hours of class time talking incessantly about absolutely nothing. She is rude, condescending, and makes assignments more difficult than necessary. She is far too strict on attendance, ironic since she wastes so much class time. She is not helpful in the least, she hasn't lectured on anything an 8th grader wouldn't know.
