Well, this was her last semester, but I must say she was pretty easy. She was crabby sometimes, but we had two field trips and the exams were online. She was an easy grader on the menu final project too. Very easy A.

Took it over the summer. No book, final or tests, just a group and individual project, a few quizzes and a few short papers. This is an easy A! Very easy class, barely any work is required and its fun. You get to eat all kinds of food, and we went on 2 field trips. All the quizzes are open notes. Class is a breeze and very interesting.

She is awesome!! Is very helpful, nice and loves to learn from her students. 1-20 min group presentation, 1-5min solo on whatever you want and 6- 3pg reports. Plus you get to eat in almost every class and she takes us on a field trip with no extra cost. Very fun and interesting class.

Very nive lady, the class (FAB 333) was easy and interesting. Very helpful...1 group project presentation, 6 3page restaurant reports, couple of easy quizes, no fianl. very fair with grading too!

great teacher.really willing to help stud.i turned in my rough draft for the final project 3 weeks late with no exuse and she still gave me an A! wow so nice. in beginning seems mean but is really not.just study and youll be fine.you only need your book for cooking portion with the chef but other people have book so don't get it.save your money!

Food-tasting is involved, so therefore it automatically is a fun class. Not only that, but she truly enjoys teaching the course and I learned a handful of things about other cultures' cuisines. Four restaurant reports, one movie review, and one supplier report due every few weeks-easy. Main project is the presentation. Get it over with ASAP. :)

A required class that you have to take, so you might as well take it with her. She's fun and has lots of interesting things to say and is very laid back. If you have a problem go talk to her and problem solved. Just watch out for that restuarant project. DON"T PROCRASTINATE!!
