An amazing coach. Pushes you but doesn't overstep that boundary. I improved a lot physically in this class and I don't regret taking it. Stick with it. Even though he seems like a tough coach in the beginning, he's a real gem.

Previous background of high school sprint track athlete. Every month, you are tested on 6 laps on the track, finish it under 20. I was always the first to finish, the message here is my time kept dropping down everytime by a ton! Tons of fun runs, challenges, and exercises await you! Just show up, put in 110%, he'll notice and pass you, regardless.

Coach Higgins is an AWESOME coach, I took the class because I wanted an intense workout and that is exactly what he provided. He definitely expects you to pull your weight and get it done. The class is amazing, if you don't have the motivation and drive to get fit DO NOT TAKE THE COURSE!

Coach Higgins runs an incredible Boot Camp fitness course. It will make you work very hard; you'll want to throw up at times, you may faint. But ultimately, it will significantly help you to get into shape and it will help you achieve your fitness goals. Be warned, this is not a class for the faint of heart - expect to put a LOT of effort into it.

Coach Higgins is a veteran & doesn't come across as the friendliest guy out there. However, he has devised an incredible class that gets your butt in gear. You will see results. Don't take this class for bragging rights; it's a ton of hard work. You will likely throw up or pass out at some point, but it is 100% worth it in the end. Trust the Coach.

Awesome Fitness Coach. Professor Kevin Higgins inspire his students to achieve their goal workout. He is strict , but he will help you through the semester to the best of his knowledge to work hard and focus on exercises that will keep you on shape. The class is never boring and by the end you will be happy with the results. Lovely worthy!

This was a fantastic circuit weights class. Coach Higgins is friendly, helpful, and really cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals. As long as you are respectful towards him and are making an effort during class, you will get along with him. I took this class on a whim and I'm so glad that I did.

Higgins is a good fitness teacher. Easy A if just work out. He doesnt ask for much. Dont cross him or else he will kick you out. respect him and he will do the same. He comes off mean but he isnt at all. Talk to him, ask him for fitness tips and how to use equipments even if you know it. if you absent call him or email. he will excuse. Easy easy ez

Coach Higgins is awsome! He WILL push you. His workouts are never boring. He DOES NOT allow walking at all during exercises. And he is strict on attendance and dress code. Dont let his attitude fool you he is actually a very sweet man and grades fairly. If hes nice to you your doing great in that class.

If you want to get in shape within 4 months this IS the class to take. Coach Higgins is very supportive, all he wants is you to participate and push yourself a little bit more every class. It's tough and a lot of work but you come out stronger in the end and proud of yourself. Taking it again next semester! (: You're the greatest Coach Higgins!

Higgins is a TOUGH coach, but very fair.If you want his respect, you earn it by working hard. i do not feel it is an overstatement to say his Boot Camp class changed my life. This is not a class to attend if you are the type to make excuses or be lazy in your life. This class is for fighters.

coach Higgins isn't big on grading....just show up to class and participate. That's all he asks for! Before i took this coach, i disliked to run....now? LETS GO FOR A RUN. and bootcamp aint as tough as it sounds! be prepared to work out hard, but not worked to death...lol

Come to class and dont slack at all or he will make you do more. super easy, just show up and give your best. 4 tests over the semester all a mile and a half run. I personally went from 12:46 to 9:38 over my first semester. He pushes you and starts to know you by nick names makes it a little more personal :)

Starting the class I was not a fan of running (but I do love working out) now I love it! He kicked my butt every day. He had us do a once a month running test, each time I lowered my mile and a half time by 2 minutes!! Every Time! He is very caring (try's not to show it) but he will work with you as long has he knows you try hard.
