I don't know how all of these people have rated this guy "easy" he's one of the hardest teachers I have! His tests are impossible, he gives you no help in preparing for them. BEWARE!

Lance is an amazing professor, probably the best I've had at Chapman. His lectures are entertaining and do a great job of covering the material, and he is a really nice guy who loves what he does. The class isn't easy, but if you study and put efforts into the assignments, you can definitely get an A. I will take as many classes from him as I can.

Sure Lance is a nice guy but what everyone on here lacks to say is that he has the hardest tests in the world! He writes them to trick you similar to Gregg Payne (look him up). So if you want to get a C a make a friend take Lance. If you want a fair class take someone else.

Lance is an awesome professor. He makes the class really interesting and relevant by giving lectures with personal stories, activities, and movie clips. His tests are fair, and if you use the study guides you'll do well on them. It was a great class and I'm taking him again for Gender Comm. because I liked his teaching style so much.

He was my lab professor for intro to public speaking, and i was super excited when i saw he taught 110 too. his stories are super funny and he truly cares about his classes and his students. i would definitely recommend him!

Great teacher!! He works along side Doekett, but he the better guys when it comes to choosing a lab professor. Doekett is great in lecture but Lockwood really helps you out when it comes to individual speeches. Very nice!

Sir Lance-a-Lockwood is AWESOME! His class combines clear, fun lectures with strategic use of power point (extremely well put together). When I took the class, he used Hitchcock movies to illistrate components of Interpersonal Communication, which worked VERY well, and was fun! TAKE LANCE ASAP!
