Guys! do not trust any not nice comment about races. I have a friend leaning with those students. Their whole group was lazy, which is the reason why they had bad scores. I'm a Vietnamese and Prof Barton is the best ESL teacher I've ever met. She is a good capability teacher and works with all her heart. Thanks for the effort helping us Prof Barton

I took Professor Barton's class on Fall semester. She was by far the best ESL instructor that I've ever had. She assign you with a lot of homework but you can see how you improve in English writing. She really takes her time to grade hw and give thoughtful feedback. This class is interesting if you enjoy watching videos about cultures, people :)

She is so nice. I have learned a lot from her, I enjoyed her lectures and the feedback she gave me on my essays. She wants you to write a lot in English so she gives out a lot of extra credit. Just do all of it because it will help you in Eng100!

Mrs Barton is the best ESL teacher at OCC! She really helps out students and her lectures are amazingly interesting. She helps you prepare for coming up tests and gives extra credit but beware, you have to pass the final in order to pass the class. She might also do make up tests if she feels it is necessary.
