She is a nice lady but super boring. It is hard to sit through her lectures even if you are a good students. Her assignments are unclear and confusing. The class wasn't too enjoyable. I suggest taking someone else. If she's the only option, then take her.

The material for this class is BORING, and the professor doesnt make it any better. I can agree that she is a sweet lady, but her lectures are pretty dry and her tests are super hard if you dont understand the material. DONT FALL BEHIND or you'll NEVER catch up. Take a different professor if possible...

Like others said, sweet woman who if knowledgeable on the subject. BUT she's inconsistent, never uses blackboard (even for grades), presents her opinions as fact, makes the tests impossible to pass (she had to give us all 12 points because we did so terribly), and takes forever to get through lectures. Avoid her class if you can.

She is a great person, but as a teacher she kind of blows. She doesn't explain anything, tests every week, power points are full of pictures. Her teaching style is odd and she does not make sense. BUT, she is a really nice, kind lady. The material is dry, but it's just a boring class.

Tough class! Nice lady, grades easy and on a curve. I got a 73 on an exam and was still in the top 10% of the class. Attendance is mandatory. Take good notes and study, study, study! I did and still passed with only a C.

Class was dry and boring. I really felt that she could have made it more interesting if she put effort in it to do so. She did not put powerpoints on blackboard prior to class, which is VERY MUCH needed. She takes into account the difficulty of the class for final grading, but nearly impossible to get an A on her tests.

Didn't find this class that difficult. Pay attention during lectures. Print them out and study them and use the study guides she gives. Quiz every week on 1 chapter (mc ?'s) Final is scenarios. 1 paper and 3 annotated bibs. Easy A if the effort is put in. Very sweet lady that is very helpful. Would recommend her!!

YOU CAN NOT GET BY WITHOUT THE BOOK! You have to read it and understand it! Practice the review questions at the end of each chapter, ask questions, and don't let yourself fall behind. This is a very challenging course and she understands that so she is willing to give extra credit.

Sruggled alot in this class and passed with a C. Understand what you are reading from the text and practice from the text website! She is a really sweet lady, but the material is just dry which makes it very hard to understand. Try your best to understand the material with examples and you will pass her class. It is not an easy!

This is a difficult class - and it's not the teacher that makes it hard. She uses powerpoints for all her lectures. You have to read the book and really pay attention during lecture. Lab time is also required. Lots of points available but a lot are from tests (all m/c). She is very knowledgeable about the subject.

Very nice lady, but difficult to understand as a teacher. Lectures are boring and hard to understand. Earn an extra 10 points every time you come to class. Tests were easy if you read the chapters in the book. Cummulative/departmental final was pretty easy. Reading the text makes the class a lot easier to understand.

Sweet Lady! Boring lectures!!! But she is always willing to help. This is a complex class and you have to read your text book to understand what is going on and to do well on her tests. The tests are hard and the final is a dept. final. But if you show up to class and try you will pass. She is a nice lady and she is easy to talk to.

lectures are kind of slow and boring, but if you take good notes, you barely have to read the book. the professor is very helpful if you need any help. study guides are given before exams. exams are graded very fairly. some of her stories are kind of cute, and she tries to make class fun with corny jokes.
