Boring lectures this professor is so unorganized it's ridiculous. The class itself is easy all exams are online. It's 3 group projects. She gives quizzes without telling you ahead of time

Get a good group and you will never have to come to class. Pop quizzes, I only came to one. Group projects are not clear at all and my group would bs the project the day before and she would help out while presenting. Tests are all online.

Comment:

Great professor who truly cares for those who put forth effort. Lectures are dry - but then again, it's not the most interesting subject. She stayed two hours after class one night to teach my group and I how to do one of our projects. Take her, talk to her, and you will get an A.

Comment:

As a person, Professor Templeton is amazing. ism4011 lectures were a bit boring nonetheless. Attendance is not necessary however, she does pop quizzes, which can make or break that A. Thirdly, the grading for group projects is fairly easy. Theres a couple online exams, 1 in class exam, 2 group projects. Good Luck!

Hard to focus during lectures, uses PowerPoint but there isn't much engagement with the students. Gives a few pop quizzes throughout semester but they are pretty easy. Group project was difficult due to the instructions provided. Isn't very organized but is willing to help if you reach out. 2 online exams one in class exam.

She has a great personality but don't confuse her friendliness with being a push over or someone who gives "instant A's". I enjoyed this class and learned a good bit. If you come to class, pay attention, put forth effort on the many projects and pass all quizzes, you will earn an A in this class.

One of the worst professors at Coggin. Tests have nothing to do with readings. They're online and you get 1.5 minutequestion. There were some errors on the tests. The questions are so scattered and random you cannot study for them. Group work almost every week. 4-5 pop quizzes throughout the semester that count for big grades. Terrible experience.

She will give like 4 quizzes throughout the semester, she likes to give them at random when no one is in class. Her exams can actually be really difficult, even if they are online. Try your best to actually learn Microsoft Project for the exams. EC is good and in the form of jeopardy. If you have questions, see her in her office she is very relaxed

Total waste of my life and money. Easy class but worst professor at UNF. She doesn't give you any instructions and wants you do do ridiculous projects with 1 day to do each. Then she'll say nevermind after it's already done. Says there will be a quiz for weeks to make you come and then if you miss one 20% of your grade will be an F.

I thought she was hilarious in the beginning then I got used to her personality. I did not like the quizzes, we had 4 and they counted for 20% of our grade! That can and will prevent you from getting an A if you miss one. They're easy pop quizzes, just don't skip that day. Tests are hard, do it as a group. Projects are easy if someone knows excel

Absolutely horrendous class. This is really just a public speaking class. You teach 20/24 times in groups, she rambles on about nothing the other 4. Online tests are tough, even with Google, the book, and the Powerpoints in front of you.

I would recommend taking her when to even-out the heavier workload in other classes. Class consisted of mainly lectures, several pop quizzes, and 3 online exams. Also, 2 very easy group projects that you must present to the class. Extremely vague on everything, never gives you a straight answer. Also short turnaround time on completing the projects

3 online tests, use google or textbook (which is only useful to look up definitions for the tests) Lots of the q's from prior tests will be on the later tests. Pop quizzes so have to come to class. Honestly, the most pointless class. Not because you won't use the info, nut b/c she doesn't teach. She goes on and on about stuff that you are never tested on. I literally have learned nothing. Test are online, but they are still difficult to pass. You don't have enough time to complete them unless you know everyting off the top of your head.

Borrrrinnnnggg! BUT easy to get a good grade. Lectures suck, but tests are online and quizzes are given randomly so don't miss class too often. Group presentations can be confusing so get a good group and just make sure she believes that you know what you are talking about. Bring your laptop to class and try to focus..it's hard to though.

One of the easier Marketing classes I've ever taken. The tests are open book, open note. Got an A in the class. Would recommend her, heard other students say they put in 40 hours of work with other teachers. I probably put in an hours worth of work in the class, period.
