Comment:

Mark is one of the best professors I have ever had. As long as you follow his rules and actually are there to learn then you are in his good books. If you are lazy and don't really care he will pick up on it and punish you for it. He is very knowledgeable and if you are in his good books you will definitely want to take him again.

He is a funny guy but a terrible teacher. He will make you feel like s hit if you dont understand something or if you made a bad impression. He treats lazy people like garbage. Some student are struggling and he thinks they are just lazy so he wont answer your questions properly.

He overall is one of the best profs I've had. Not only does he teach his content in a manner that everyone can understand, but he will go out of us way to make sure you understand anything if you reach out to him. He goes above and beyond with his methods of teaching which make the experience all more the best. Be ready to work or expect to fail.

Mark is a amazing teacher with years of knowledge in the practical world. He exactly knows what employers are looking for and will make sure you learn those skills during your time with him. Make sure you take detailed notes in his lectures as he does not provide his slides on Blackboard. Overall a great teacher

Mark is a great professor. Knows his stuff VERY WELL. VERY knowledgeable. Listen well, take great notes. Read the textbook. Anything that comes out of his mouth can be in the exam. Cracks jokes and also keeps the class' attention by using videos of related material with comedy. Study hard, fellow students! He's not as bad as many claim to be.

Mark is a straight-forward teacher: you ask a question, he will tell you what you need to hear. Although, he doesn't post to blackboard, he DOES give emails filled with good notes, diagrams, explanations etc. During lectures, MAKE sure you write down the chapters/sections of each diagram shown.

Heard a lot of negativity about him but still tried him. Turns out he is a really good one. He will push you to learn. Take him if you are into learning and ready to do the work.

Comment:

Mark is good professor, if you are willing to work he will definitely show his support. His test are based on his lectures so if you skip one class it is hard to catch up. Overall if you are a student willing to work and not just do the bare minimum Mark is a good choice.

If you want a job which is why I'm assuming you're going to college, then he's your go to. Not only does he properly prepare you for industry, he also directly connects you to employers if you're a good student. His lectures are always entertaining and full of information, and he'll give extra lessons out of his own free time.

Mark knows what he is talking about unlike many other profs who talk and explain as if they're reading off a script. He doesn't do a lot of writing on the board, mostly just talking to the class and explaining different topics. Do your work, take notes, study and it's an easy pass.

Mark is a great teacher. He is a wealth of knowledge and has many connections in the telecom industry. As long as you try in his classes and you follow the textbooks or his direction for study, it is actually easy to do well in his class. That said he does not bell curve, and if you don't try you will fail his course.

He teaches in a way that makes things seem too easy. He isn't specific enough in his lectures. He'll teach a superficial lesson with no math or analysis to the learning. He likes to inject humor into his lessons to cover up his lack of seriousness about electronics. He's a teacher that emphasizes the crudely practical approach and hates theory.
