Graiver is a nice lady, but you definitely need to read the book and study if you want to do well. People who expected to read the powerpoints and get As on the exams did not do well. If you read the book and know your stuff you will do just fine. Also, be very thorough on assignments.

She is a very kind person and willing to help, but not the greatest professor. Her power points are not really helpful in describing things. Tests were unclear, and some things on tests, we never even learned. She is picky when she grades the med term assignments.

She is one of those profs that tells stories completely irrelevant to the tests. You have to study every single thing in the notes and make sure to do the readings. The assignments are easy but the tests are ridiculous.

I had an extremely hard time with this class. The exams are terrible. You can go to class, study, read the book, and still struggle with the exams. The questions seem to have multiple answers and have very little to do with what was discussed in lecture. I always felt like I had to teach everything to myself.

She says she's there for the students in reality she only cares about herself. Her test are very hard and has nothing to do with what was covered in class. I feel she really wants us to fail as she does not help students any more. She treats students like children and I'm over 40 yrs old. My grade so far B+ only because of me, not her.

Human phenomena. Great teacher but don't get her for clinicals she will great TURBO hard compaired with any place else. So skip Mid-Michigan if you can to avoid her as a grader it will save you 2 letter grades. Read everything she knows it all and wants detail, lots of detail! Read Roy if you can.

I think mary was a wonderful teacher. Even though she does read straight off her powerpoints, i think that her tests were very fair. You just have to study the notes and you will do fine. Always pick up on the little comments too.

Will read you her powerpoint word for word. Take no doze to class. She cannot clarify topics, because she can rarely understand the questions. Tests are taken straight from Mars. You wonder who taught the class because nothing on test looks familiar.

If you ever want a teacher to read you her powerpoint word for word, then she is the one for you! She cannot clarify points very well and writes tests that are incredibly harder than her lectures.
