Comment:

If you show up to class and show respect she will be one of the best teachers you ever have. ASK QUESTIONS if you are unsure, she might give you a long speech but she truly does help. There are a fair amount of papers but they are short and easy. Final project takes some thinking but I finished it in a day.

Comment:

Dr. Hudler is a very easy teacher and class to pass. You DO have to go to class otherwise it'll count against you. But when I took her for Honors Comp 1, we combined class with Dr. Amy Smith's Comp class. It was weird and different. In the end, we ended up doing a group presentation project that wasn't hard. Not a lot of writing really.

Comment:

I took Dr. Hudler's Honors Comp 2 course. The class was based on one book (an anthology) that kept the class centralized. We had a specific story to read and a general reflection sheet to complete. At the end of the semester, we took those reflection sheets and created a research project. Not bad. It was a little more writing than Comp 1 though.

Comment:

Dr. Hudler wasn't a bad teacher. She kept everything simple, but it was an easy class to pass. There wasn't musch work to do, but she was confused on what little work there was to do. She also seem sunsure of herself sometimes, but that could work in your favor. If you're trying to pass with an easier A than other Comp classes, take her.

Comment:

If you do the reading, you'll be fine (a good idea for any ENGL course). She doesn't overwhelm you with material or homework. Seriously, she assigned us one-page papers for homework. She gives the perfect amount of work for students to learn. I guess expect at least two longer projects, but it'll be fine.

She was an easy teacher if you are a creative person for writing or if you understand assignments with little to no specifics on how she wants it. most of her papers were not that hard but if you mess up on simple things she wont try to help you out. She could do a little more and understand those littles mistakes aint worth failing you.

Hudler is a professor lacking confidence in her teaching, and it's very evident in lecture. If you ask a question she'll take 20 minutes to say something, and she won't even answer your initial question. It's very easy to get her to push back due dates, but it makes up for her giving last minute assignments/leaving assignments off of the schedule.

She's very enthusiastic and a very sweet lady. Group discussions sometimes, easy class. You do have to wrtite some papers but she makes sure you know what to do - not hard. Easy A. Do have to buy a few books but they are very cheap

She's very helpful and enthusiastic. She always try to make classroom activities more interesting and makes everybody involve in group discussions. Giving good grades to her students as well as opportunities to improve their grading. She's the best literature teacher ever

Definitely an awesome professor, she's so helpful whenever I'm confused in class and super lenient in grading. Attendance is mandatory and there are a few books you need to purchase (not expensive).
