Not a great professor. His class all he does is just talks constantly just reads of the powerpoint. His TEST ARE HARD. I took his class once already and i did most of the work for his class and he gave me a horrible grade. I DO NOT recommend HIM.

Dr. Toner expects you to work in his class, but he is there for the students. I do not enjoy statistics, but his class was awesome! If you put in the effort, you can come out with an A!

Professor Toner is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to muscle physiology. However, his slides made no sense to me and I didn't understand his lectures. I had to rely fully on the book. I would not recommend this professor.

this class was a nightmare and hurricane sandy made this class even worst. his excel assignments made no sense, his excel project made no sense, he goes through 30 slides in 2 hours, disastrous.

Avoid he is a complete monster!!! Eye rolling so unprofessional as a college professor. Talks down to you like you are a piece of garbage. Don't no how he is Chair of the Physical Education. Dr. F should be Chair to teach this gentleman how to inform and talk to people. UTTER COMPLETE MONSTER WITH AN ATTITUDE!!!!

Definitely the worst teacher I have ever had. Boring, speaks in a monotone, tries to teach chemistry instead of nutrition. He tries to pack in too much information and completely unclear. AVOID

He is an amazing professor who knows exactly what he is talking about!! In order for you to do well in his classes you have to go to class, pay attention and of course: TAKE NOTES!!! The most important, valuable things that you will learn in that class come from him!!! from his research and his own knowledge. You will learn a lot!!!

for tests read his notes you should do well. Its not a walk in the park, hes a really smart guy just have to adjust to his style of teaching and really listen to his notes for the exams. U WILL LEARN ALOT IN THIS CLASS

When I read the other comments last semester I really tried not to take him but I couldn't aviod it. I took him for 342 and 352 and I am glad I did. He is the best teacher I had at QC and I loved his teaching style. He is more easy going when it comes to grading and he really takes you serious (no eye rolling). If you care about FNES take him!!

i got an a- in 352 from toner and a c in 342 from lemonda.. 342 supposed to be the easier pre-req...as long as you go and study for the exams(which he basically tells you what will be on it from the syllabus) you should do fine.. i never got the eyeroll rude thing from him.. he just knows exactly what he is teaching.. he does it well..
