She is a great teacher; probably my favorite. I have taken multiple classes with her. She is fun, knowledgeable, and very passionate about history. You will learn a lot. Just do the 4 online exams and final paper and you should get an A.

She was an awesome instructor who took the time to involve everyone in the class. She did her best to keep everyone's grade up to date and warned people to drop if they didn't think they could pass the next test etc. She definitely cares about what's best for you as the student.

Mrs. Sanchez is the only instructor I have had that made history interesting. She does everything possible to make it fun and keep it fresh. While we were learning about women in the Civil War she dher daughter dress upt to show us what they wore and whatnot.

Comment:

Rene Sanchez is the best teacher for history. Advice to students stay on top you choose whether to make the class hard or easy keep up with assignments and never miss a mini paper very important and also gives extra credit points. She provides study tools for tests which are helpful.Explains with clarity and makes history enjoyable.

Mrs Sanchez is a great teacher. Its obvious that history is a passion for her. And it shows in her lectures and explanations. She breaks things down for easier comprehension. As for her, shes very reasonable and helpful. If you have a problem, she'll take the time and help you. Shes also got a very positive personality and a great sense of humor.

Ms. Sanchez was an amazing teacher. She made sure you knew exactly what was going to be on your test. Of course for this class, it was terms and an Essay, but as long as you followed along in class, took clear notes and added from the book, you would do FIIINE. I would reccomend her to EVERYONE

Awesome instructor. If you want a good grade, you have to pay attention, take the online practice quizzes and participate during the lecture. Don't sleep, she finds creative ways to people up. She loves what she does and her enthusiasm shines through. I will take more classes from her as electives because I enjoyed her class so much.

Passionate and has a desire for her students to succeed. If you read the text book, take lecture notes, and use the online tools available, it is a guarenteed A so long as you are willing to do a little work. Hands down the best history teacher on the campus!!

So long as you pay attention during lecture, the exams will not be a problem. Because the exams are based from the lectures, there is no real need to buy the textbooks. However, she does expect you to speak up in class, and participate in class discussions

Probably the better part of the history teachers at West Hills. Lectures a lot, and can gets off subject most of the time. Test taking are pretty easy, multiple choice with short essay at the end. Doesn’t give much homework, only once in a while. She mak
