BRILLIANT but BORING! She knows her subject but doesn't know how to convey knowledge. She's a very cold woman and having an accent in English may be an issue when grading your performance in class. I expected to learn grammar, forget it! You are supposed to know grammar before taking her class so it will make it easier for you.

The subject itself is very difficult, and she doesnt try to make it any easier. I got my first D from that class. Never miss a class or you will never catch up. You dont have to buy textbook because she provides binder with all materials in it for cheap.Her quizzes are difficult if you dont have a tutor to clarify.

Brilliant is Brilliant. She was one of the most helpful professors at KU. She is there for the students. Yes, she may be a little boring, but she is there to help you at any time. I reccomend her to anyone who is interested in taking an English class.

Brilliant is ...not so brilliant.Take ANYTHING ELSE BESIDE HER CLASSES: boring, tedious, and (again) boring. If you have to -- make sure your seat is near the wall so you can rest your head on the structure, while falling into a deep REM cycle!

She knows the subject but she didn't meet my expectations. Class is boring. She just follows her book. Nothing extra or exciting and I do love English grammar! She doesn't teach, she just goes over grammar issues that you are supposed to know. I got a good grade but I didn't enjoy the experience!
