Pete is the economic department advisor, so he understands the difficulty that comes with this class' material. The topics can be a bit dull but he tries his best to present the material in a way that connects to real life. Pete is a good. If you don't take a class with him, you are definitely missing out. He's a super cool guy, and really easy to talk to. He has done very meaningful research in the field and is happy to talk about it. Always ready to help. His inner child comes out on the whiteboard (terrible penmanship).

Can't recommend Pete enough. One of the best teachers of my life, period. Knows the subject extremely well, is very clear and entertaining. Cares about his students - if you are have any questions about class or your future, ask him. Gives great advice and goes the extra mile for students. If you show him respect, he will do everything possible.

Pete is the man. One of my fav professors ever. Straightforward and clear with material with real-world examples. Very helpful when asked questions. Fair grader and test are not that hard. Very approachable. Has funny examples and great self-depreciating humor. Take him!

He was fantastic. His class will really help you to apply economics to real situations. I utilized office hours a lot because I couldn't keep track of the math sometimes, but he was incredibly helpful, so I did well on all the tests.

Pete is a good teacher. I hate Econ and I dont read the book and Im getting a B in his class. Econ is a hard subject, so unless you've taken an econ class before I would suggest reading the material(I would be getting an A if I had done this). Also, go to class. You wont understand any of it if you dont go to class. His tests are okay. But Study!

I had this teacher for Econ 102 and 103. These are both difficult classes and if youre gonna take them, take them with Tsournos. He really cares for the well being of his students and gives tons of extra credit. definately recommend this guy.
