She cancelled class 18 times the semester I took her, gave 2 assignments and got one back, got an A in the course though. She makes you read a section of a story then talks about what the author is trying to convey, she'll relate it to herself by an experience she had. Best thing is just read when asked and don't fall asleep in class.

Great teacher! keeps you interested and talks about some pretty funny stuff. I took a class on a saturday and had no regrets that I did just because she is such a riot, my girlfriend didn't even go to the school and she would go to the class just because Campbell was so good. I would recommend her to anyone, unless you don't like to show up!

waste of time. waste of money. it is very discouraging to drag yourself out of bed for an 8am class just to get there and find a note on the door saying class was cancelled. that happened a lot. when she did show up she was late. she spends waaay too much time talking about per personal life. one class we got on topic with 8 minutes left.

If you want an easy pass in En111. Take this course. She barley shows up, all her reading assignments can be found online, and she swears like the best. She showed up 4times this whole last semister, had us do 1 assignment and that was it. Got a B for the grade. Trust me, u want her as ur prof.

She treats you like an adult, which most teachers at ECC dont. If you do your work, speak up in class you will have no problem getting an A. She is a great teacher and hope to take many more of her class's. Dont believe what others have written, they are probably the ones that skip days and dont do the work. I recomend her to anyone!

Avoid at all costs!!! The ONLY way to do good in this class is to get her to like you. Hey Rae, thanks for the A-, I hated you the whole time and never met a more discriminating person. Also, I know of a few students who got A's on every assignment and received B+ or worse in the class...go figure.

Can be very nice if you are on her good side. DO NOT start off on the wrong foot with her. She is very funny and talks to you like an adult rather than kids. The assignments are pretty easy but she doesn't hand them back for weeks after. Class is cancelled alot...but I don't mind that.
