Randi Storch is a vile human being who does not care about her students or the integrity of her work. She is a liar, and will lie about engagements and comments she makes personally to her students to save face. She belongs in a kindergarten classroom.

Comment:

Although there is a lot of work in the class, Dr. Storch is extremely helpful and wants her students to succeed. The class consists of 4 short papers in the first half of the year that help you prepare for a 10-15 page research paper at the end and a book that's kind of annoying. Always available to guide you in your writing. Great prof. overall.

Comment:

One of the best professors I have ever had. HIS 490 is normally a challenging course but Dr. Storch is with you for every step . She wants you to succeed and makes a very difficult task seem easy. Professors at Cortland make you out to be a horrible writer, she works with your strengths and helps you create a workable paper. Highly recommend her!!

Comment:

Storch is a very funny professor. I have never had a teacher explain assignments in depth as much as she did. The work load, especially the 12-15 p. paper was daunting but she is always there to help. I absolutely recommend her!

Best teacher I will probably ever have. She is extremely nice, and very helpful. For the first time in my schooling career I felt like I actually learned something from taking her class. Although the class was writing intensive and had a lot of work it was still enjoyable.

Dr. Storch is absolutely the best professor I have ever had. She is very clear with her expectations, and makes sure that everyone understands her. She is always available for help, and very easy to talk to, which is helpful for a class with this much writing. Follow her every direction and you will do well.

Dr. Storch is the best professor I've had at Cortland. She'll learn everyone's name on the first day of class. Generally an easy class, as along as you attend lecture and do the 2 essays. I would absolutely recommend her for someone who wants a lively, energetic teacher.

Nice energetic professor who is very knowlegable and seems to really enjoy teaching her class. Overall the class wasn't much work. There was 1 essay at the begginning of the semester, a midterm in October, then no other significant grades until the final. She expects a lot of detail and precision on midterm and final which are all writing.

Really good teacher...SOO SOO nice and very helpful. Keeps lecture really interesting and energetic. If you not into history she will make you interested. She is also very fair, and gives you exactly what you need to study for tests. Not a lot of homework AT ALL. One paper, a midterm and a few quizes on the lectues. LOVE HER

Dr. Dtorch teaches this class EXTREMELY well. She is so organized and SPELLS OUT exactly how to write papers and do the assignments. She is VERY clear, and is always available outside of class. I have her for HIS 201 also, and she is GREAT- enthusiastic and interesting. I am going to take another class with her next semester. She's really great
